I read some of the great reviews and some of the negative ones as well like we usually do before booking and staying at a hotel/bed and breakfast or cottage. Conch Key Cottages far exceeded our expectations. We had a groupon and booked several months ahead. We got the "fighter conch" cottage. Beautiful well maintained grounds, tiki huts, chaise lounge...

My husband & my parents stayed 3 nights Feb 4 -7 and stayed in the 2 bedroom unit on stilts, Horse Conch. When we checked in Patty gave us all the info we needed and even gave us some paperwork with restaurants, activities, and stores in the area. We all thought the cabin was large enough for the 4 of...

Pros: Stayed here second week in Jan 2012, beautiful location, very private, (who would not want to be in the Keys in January? no matter where you live in the US), good restaurants & local fisheries close by , Publix within driving distance, peaceful, nice pool, kayaks readily available, purchased our stay through a Group-On offer, price was great, had...

We enjoyed our stay at these pristine cottages in late January of 2012. Talk about a great place for a hidden getaway from civilization! We stayed in one of the elevated homes in back of the beachfront cottages. It was well equipped & everything worked. The beach was quiet, clean & beautiful. We went kayaking everyday & thoroughly enjoyed exploring...

We recently stayed there for a week. The location is fabulous and the sea-kayaking right from the beach was great. My teen and I went out every day. We stayed in one of the 2Br units up on stilts. Beautiful sunset views. The cabin itself was certainly big enough for the three of us. The decor and the couches were...

For context… I was there over a January weekend, and my party had two cabins -- one ocean view (raised on stilts, 2Br + full kitchen & living room, incl sofabed + deck) and one beach view (1Br + full kitchen & living room, incl sofabed + screen porch) Cabins: - Quite clean and comfortable. Décor varies from cabin to...

We just got back from 4 nights at Conch Key Cottages and wish we could have spent more time there. We were in the Fighting Conch cottage right on the beach. My negatives would be that the screens on the porch need to be fixed, there were a couple of broken off tiles on the kitchen counter, and the bedroom...

This was the second time we've stayed at Conch Key Cottages and we'd definitely go back. We stayed in Sand Dollar and yes, it's tiny, but it worked for us. We loved the croissants for breakfast along with fresh oranges for juicing, and a full kitchen if you want to stock up on groceries. We walked down to the dock...

We arrived over Thanksgiving Break (2011) after just staying at the beautiful 5 star "The Atlantic Resort and Spa" and I had a difficult adjustment- as Conch Key isn't luxurious/swanky like that, at all, so don't come with that expectation. The rooms seemed cramped, damp and aged- almost motel-ish feeling and my biggest complaint is the paperthin walls! I could...

We recently stayed in the Sand Dollar, a one bedroom and one bath efficiency. The Conch Key Cottages were everything advertised and more. The owner has gone to great lengths to create a little private oasis in the middle of the keys. There is a beach with chairs, umbrellas, and kayaks. There are hammocks and two-person beach cabanas along with...
