Amazing overall experience.. courteous staff, menu variety is good. Keep it up... It was our 2nd visit in covid times and they are doing the best they can.. we already suggested to our friends and relatives ,,, a must visit.

Resort is very big, located in the hills of Aravali and spanned in about 100 acres of area. Greenary, Clean Air, Spacious Rooms, Fantastic Cleanliness, Pollution Free Environment and above all excellent Food and excellent Customer Service is something that one should expect. I am amazed to see that everyone of staff whom I interacted with, including cab driver is so courteous, polite and helpful. Probably this calls for appreciation for management as well to keep staff's morale so high. Food is mind blowing, and staff in Oasis restaurant are superb. Special kudos and big big thanks to Chef Kan Singh, Chef Anand, Chef Deepak, Mr. Ishwar and Ms. Shraddha from restaurant staff. This was our first visit to Ananta to celebrate anniversary and spend time with family. And they made it really memorable by providing surprise cake. All gestures and support received from them were heart warming. This was our first but certainly not last visit. One suggestion - To reach Ananta, while travelling through Shamlaji-Ratanpur-Udaipur, one has to take turn from main highway and go through villages with single lane broken roads. Ananta team should probably put sign boards to direct travellers to resort. Taking help of GPS and local villagers might turn out to be somewhat misleading.…
