Booked a much-needed 3 night weekend break in a junior suite specifically with the intention to make full use of the spa facilities. When we arrived, parking was easy despite it being very busy, and check in was friendly and efficient apart from the A4 notice on the front desk announcing that there would be no wifi for 72 hours...

Had a Christmas gift to go with my mum for the day. The spa pool area itself was a bit frayed around the edges so didn't feel very clean... peeling paint on all the walls and mouldy patio doors right by where you can lie down on loungers (the loungers seem a bit old and saggy too). However, that being...

Me and my mum booked a spa trip for the 16th February through SpaSeekers.com to stay here at Crabwall Manor! I could not recommend this hotel more if i tried! We arrived at the hotel at 2:45, the lovely man at reception checked us in and offered to carry our luggage before showing us to our hotel room. We booked...

Disappointing stay. The hotel on the exterior is lovely however we stayed in a Classic room which was in need of some tlc, wallpaper and paint peeling off, chipped cheap basic mugs. The spa again is in need of tlc. Bar area in the hotel is dark and uninviting, charging excessive prices. Sadly we did not want to pay extra...

We booked the hotel direct because it had a pool and had good reviews but we where not told that kids where not allowed in the pool after 5.30pm and we arrived at 5pm Family room. No7 has a noisy air conditioning unit just under its window that kept me awake most of the night. Reported this to the reception...

Room was a good size, but very badly designed: the mirror and plug were 20ft apart so drying my hair was difficult as the plug was stuck in the corner behind a large chair. When we mentioned it on check-out, the receptionist laughed it off and joked "a man must have designed the room". Just an apology would have been...

Went as a birthday present on the Girls Night In break. Couldn't fault the staff at all. Check in was great - told all information needed for breakfast/dinner/spa use etc. Spa area lovely, lunch amazing and staff attentive. Poolside could do with a bit of a tidy up if I'm being fussy, but treatments amazing. Room 26 was massive and...

Had 2 nights here recently for a last minute getaway at what we thought a bargain 170£ for 2 nights instead of 300£ . First the good points... our room despite being a disabled room was adequate sized with a comfortable large bed, was clean to the eye and was warm, the not so good points were bathroom sink and...

I have had no answer from my email to hotel expressing my dissatisfaction. Had a one night break, four of us staying in rooms one and two last night. While the rooms were adequate, I feel I have to express my disappointment with staff and levels of customer service we experienced . I did try to raise the issues on...

The room was ok. Could have been cleaner. Bed was comfortable. Not as good as I expected from the photo's. Food was nice but that too could have been better. Restaurant staff were very nice. Spa was very dated but again staff were very nice.
