I recently stayed at Turtle Beach Resort and had an exceptional experience. The resort offers a tranquil atmosphere, beautifully maintained grounds, and well-appointed accommodations that ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The amenities, including the pool and dining options, were top-notch.A special thanks to Sagar Gawade, the Operations Head, who treated us like family. His attentive care and dedication to guest satisfaction significantly enhanced our visit. We will definitely visit again.

We stayed in this property for 6 nights in Aug 23 . The place is as shown in pictures. We liked this place more because the staff was too good. Every staff be it house keeping or reception or restaurant or the pool guy made sure we have a very comfortable stay in the property. Though the property is little old but we got a great off season deal which was great value. The location is beautiful with a 10 minute walk to a clean beach. Many close by restaurant. We had food at the food court close by which served great food. The food served in the hotel was simply great.

Outstanding property, staff are courteous special thanks to Derrick the Duty Manager he was superb he suggested us some really good places where we enjoyed a lot . We enjoyed a lot with family had good time in pool . Definitely we would like to come back

I had a terrible experience. The hotel will not provide your plate and bowl for your kids if you have cooked oats for your kids. They will charge INR 300 for 2 Plates. They will charge you for the refrigerator although it was included in the room amenities. They don't have bathroom utility stuff available in the washroom. Handwash and body wash are the same (don't know if that is handwash or body wash). The restaurant staff is so rude if you request them for baby food. The food taste is the worst. The breakfast variety is horrible. They will charge you INR 1000 for an extra mattress. We stayed in the executive room, however, the amenities are not up to the mark. AC was leaking. Mosquitos are there in the room.

We booked a trip through make my trip here and it’s been the worst experience we have had the hotel is horrible .very uncooperative Mr Sagar gawade the manager was very diplomatic apparently I was over charged for the room in the first place but he insisted I pay another 1500 to have a beter room If I want else the miserable dirty small room is all they will provide.
The pool is tiny and unkept the plc is not like it looks in the pics they have displayed. its very tiny resort more like a guest house the food area has no ac and few tables lik an Udupi restaurant . I was very disappointed with my entire experience here wud not recommend .

Unless u want to have a udipi restaurant ambiance and stay it’s simply pathetic there are beter hotels with good service rooms and ambiance instead at the same price not worth it at all.😡😡😡😡

Location of this resort is good as it is around 1km from point where chapora river and sea meets i.e Morjim beach. They have swimming pool, gym, indoor games, restaurant, garden etc... and everything is well maintained. Rooms are also clean and spacious will all basic amenities. The only thing u should keep in mind before booking lunch nd dinner with room is that they have fixed menu for prebooked meals and they dont serve food in room, for that you have to pay extra.

Good location. The room was decent, the best thing it is very close to Morjim beach. The taxi rent stand is right opposite to the hotel. The food is good, all types of alcohol available at the hotel.
The only drawback was there were too many bees inside and outside the rooms 🐝

The welcome desk is really unprofessional. I reached a bit earlier than suggested check in time , first they told that all rooms are still being checked out so have to wait for sometime. then the lady came to ask if i want an early check in need to additional amount that’s too for 1 hour only.Never seen such behaviour even in five stars.If rooms are available even star hotels also allow early checkin.

Good experience.... Staff was good... Ryan from restaurant was very helpful and also others. Teja from front desk was good. Only thing I felt was morjim beach was 10 mins walk from property. Food was good in the restaurant. Location was good and area as well. Overall has amazing experience in turtle beach resort

This is our 3rd trip there nice resort walking distance from beach and staff/manager is very helpful. Especially thanks to Saisha she is very kind jolly nature she help us alot and gives us awesome service so we can visit next time again.
