Unfortunately there was not enough warning in the reviews to know that this hotel is no longer a place to sleep or enjoy the sound of waves. If you want to enjoy anitSocial and other over-the-top all night bass blasting that shakes the hotel, walls, bed and your head, this is it. Management also decided to outdo their neighbor and blast louder music in the dining area, which provides the only access, sitting and relaxing area at the narrow hotel. I did get a second story chalet and it was really nice, no real view but an ok balcony. I I could list the benefits and efforts the management team delivers in their hotel product, but that would be a waste of space and time in this review, a guest will not sleep, will not enjoy the sound of waves and will not get a view or pool that is equal to other same priced resorts. When I have to leave after one night, losing money ( over $200) and making for a stressful exit it is not a good sign at all. I did not get a good warning about the hotel, you the future guest are getting a clear warning, which is why there are reviews. This would have been three stars, but it is a rare one star for me. Ouch. I took a big loss of sleep and money. The blasting never quit and it was earthshaking. They should take legal action on their neighbor

The place is clean with its rooms but its staff has been trained to be unfriendly and unwelcoming . It’s not worth the hospitality one get in hotels in a range above 15K a night . The staff is not educated on its menu and the cuisine or drinks . A French beer - Petrus Bordeaux was being sold to us as German . We have travelled 45 countries and the menu was very vague and not understandable and to this they said it’s Italian . Menu in room is relatable but is not served in restaurant . Overrated hotel . Walk down few steps on right and you will find amazing properties like antisocial for food hospitality and drinks and then Leela cottages or SInQ which are value for money and staff is so nice … Must improve attitude . In evening on our return after bad experience at restaurant , the place had 1 table occupied while we did shack hopping and these were full to have waiting lists … shows the attitude menu and choice of programs they run which are sad . Not to be recommended specially if you have one evening by the sea . They will ruin it .

The place was a great find. The location is on the beach though there is no beach/sea view unfortunately - that was our biggest peeve as it wasn't clear from their website so do take note. But it is right 'on' the beach. The service is impeccable and exceeds expectation. Arguably the best we've experienced in Goa so far. We took the suite room which is huge though slightly dated feel overall. The jacuzzi is amazing and HUGE. The swimming pool however is really a joke. The breakfast was another revelation. Though not very extensive but everything was very well made.

Stay at the resort was good. But the shack at the resort kiss & fly. Worst service, very less food options. Would not recommend to go their. For stay it's a good place at great location. For cab and hiring a car is difficult at the peak time or weekends

My name is Krishna Kumar. I checked in LR Beach Resort with my kid and wife on 10/11/2023 and checked out on 14/11/2023. We had booked Delux King Chalet. It was G+1 room with wooden structure. Firstly, there was construction going on and the whole resort was noisy and dusty. No way a place to be for a family holiday retreat. Secondly, since it was G+1 with wooden structure, the noise coming from top floor was too disturbing. There were people shifting in the middle of nights and walking and jumping on the floor. We had horrible stay. We complained the authority but they couldn't do anything other than saying sorry. So this is a alert or rather stay away message for all those who are planning to visit this resort seeing their captive pictures in the internet. And the worst part is on 13th night I made a payment of 12050/- for all the room services used during the stay through Credit Card. Later after few days, I got to know from bank that the card was swapped twice and 24100/- Payment was instead of 12050. I called the resort immediately and informed Mr. Asish Patel. He asked for the bank statement and promised to resolve this within few days. He also requested not to raise a dispute with the Bank and promised to close this at the earliest. After this there was no response or update from him. My multiple mails asking for updates went unanswered. So I finally mailed them saying I am raising dispute with Bank so that they deal with these people. Alter this, their Finance Controller mailed to some Amit for closing this ASAP. And Mr Amit mailed saying he was not able to transfer the money as bank site was down. Then after few days I asked for the update again. But no response till now. So I raised dispute with bank and bank is saying these people are not cooperating with them in resolving this issue. If this is not resolved soon, I will file case with Goa Police for a cheating and carrying out multiple swapping. I have all mail communication in favor of supporting my case. Booking ID: NH74077290465078

It pains when you pay top dollar for the hotel and discover that all the common areas which I had looked up and influenced me to stay were under renovations. The Hotel has a nice restaurant in pictures - in reality it was under complete renovation and not operational, not the best site when you are on holiday and construction contractors are also moving around you to rush to complete the works. Our room was next to a site where the hotel was building new rooms and there was a lot of dust and noise due to that, it was literally 5 -7 meters away from our main door. I must however say that the staff was fantastic and extremely helpful. Had the hotel planned the renovations well or at least informed us before booking, we wouldn't have chosen to stay there. We felt that we overpaid probably 5 times over for what could be a beach shack experience. From a safety and security point of view, I felt that since the entire hotel was turned into a construction site, we did not feel safe keeping balcony doors open. The swimming pool is a tiny plunge pool, nicely created and could eventually be good area to just wind down, however because it was right in the middle of the active thoroughfare, we had privacy issues when we noticed labor contractors moving past that area and looking into. Its also on a raised platform so its literally at an eye level for someone passing by that area. For people who need the quiet and peace , please note that right next door is the Antisocial Club- which is actually "antisocial" which was blasting music till 3 AM all the days when we stayed. So a good night sleep could be an issue. Overall I feel that the hotel management must have been greedy to sell hotel rooms while the hotel is a still a construction site. My recommendation is that one must first check on the construction status before booking.

The place had constant construction going on. The restaurant was not operational and lots of dust. The food was very average and breakfast was same for last 4 days. Swimming pool was extremely small and not how it's in picture. What's worse is we had also emailed them in prior asking if these issues are still there as the recent online reviews had mentioned and they gave false commitment of it being taken care of.

Experience was not as good as last time. The place was undergoing renovation so there was no place to sit at the cafe. There were drilling and hammering sounds all the time. The management should have informed us that the place is undergoing renovation

I have booked the Deluxe Sea View Chalet EP, but after arriving they have given us different room which was of lower prize, very disappointing, worst stay ever, even the room had a leakage in the bathroom, they had told they will refund half the money, but it has been more than 7 days no response from them.
