This is an average place with premium pricing. The only thing good about this place is it’s Resturant and the view from the Resturant deck. First hurdle was to find the resort as its within swarms of narrow roads. Second was to locate the parking which is in open area and to top that they had no area for drivers or helpers to stay, which is usually a norm at the hotels priced this high. Third the entrance is that of a very small place and can deflate the enthusiasm as soon as you see it. Fourth the deck and Resturant are actually quite good. The food was so tasty I might just visit them for their food again. Fifth the rooms have no sea view unless you are probably staying in the first room itself. The rooms are made of wood and can squeak a lot even if you are just walking. Frequent electricity cuts weren’t great either as it took AC 5 minutes to turn back on. Overall an average stay and hope they dont show images of only one room for their sea view class but should show the view from last room in the row as well so that customers can make informed decision, else it accounts to deceiving.

If you are looking for sea facing rooms, this ain't the right hotel. Neighbouring plot is being developed and hence the entire region is covered with cover blocking direct sea view. If you try hard, you can see the water though, but not something you would expect after paying for a sea-view room. This place is located on the beach and the lounge area has pretty good vibes with the beach view and good music playing all round the clock. Room service also is quite decent; food is limited in options but whatever we ordered, tasted good. The buffet breakfast again is limited and basic - some options in pork, but nothing in chicken!

I would say The living room Morjim has one of the best restaurant bang on the beach, good music and courteous staff. The negative require immediate attention is their rooms. Smells, not too tidy, ants in their ground floor rooms, they have few rooms in duplex setup where the moment you enter the staircase it smells. We stayed in 109/209 rooms. Rooms seriously require attention though rates are competitive. I would auggest to work on rooms and increase rates. As overall property and hospitality is great.

We were 2 families with kids and stayed at resort for 3 nights in April 2022. Positives: good location, decently sized rooms with comfortable beds. All basic amenities are made available in the room. Resort is right on the beach.. courteous and helpful staff. Improvement areas : overall hygiene of the rooms and washrooms should be improved.
