I've been a satisfied customer at the Pullman Hotel in Paris La Défense for nearly a year now, and I am consistently impressed with the high level of service provided by the staff. In particular, I'd like to highlight Aliou at the bar who always greets me with a warm smile and engaging conversation. He truly goes above and beyond to make me feel at ease during my stay. I also appreciate Mr. Chevallier from the reception, who has been instrumental in navigating the often-challenging strikes in France. Overall, the reception team is consistently welcoming and helpful, making my stays at the Pullman Hotel a truly enjoyable experience.
Not the first time at the Pullman. As always very good quality. Very good experience, friendly people and good service. Thanks to Riaz. For sure will come back here. I recommend this venue for business overnights as well as other ocvasions.
The staff in this Hotel is absolutely wonderful, helpful, friendly and just perfect. But the rooms definitely need a renovation. Old dusty carpets and squeaky furniture and a look out of the 90’s. The restaurant is good. La Défence is super futuristic and definitely something special. With the RER or the Métro you will be in the inner city in no time.
Horrible configuration of room. Room has long walkway that takes away 50% of the size which is unusable and paid. Weird rooms for bathroom and WC. Red carpet/black walls? Maria at reception was very friendly. When asked to make a croissant sandwich in breakfast restaurant, he looked at me like I did some crime and said NO. Bellmen were like I will help when I get chance. About $600 per night. Not so great experience. 5* hotel. It cud be validated for a 3^. Overall people in France were rude.
We generally book mostly at 5-star hotels and while we understand the standards are lower in Europe, this was the worst 5-star hotel experience we've ever had in any country anywhere. The worst part is that we were there for an extended period and booked our entire trip at this hotel which I regret. I emailed them in advance to tell them we had two booking and if they could combine it into one booking and they acknowledged that in the email, but did not follow through. When we arrived, the service at the front desk was horrible, unwelcoming and different people will tell you different things. The person who checked us in told us the room was upgraded because we had two different bookings and they just kept the upgraded room for our entire stay. When we got to the room, it clearly was not an upgrade and one of the biggest disappointments is that these rooms are SMALL and DIRTY. As soon as you walk in, you get the sensibility that the rooms are old and the carpet has not been changed in a long time. The rooms are dark with not much lighting as well. The bathroom is terrible as they have a portable shower installed in the corner of the bathroom and you can barely move int the shower. The front desk also told me that part of our booking did not go through so I was frantic trying to ensure that we were not left stranded in Paris looking for a hotel last minute. I had to stay up all night try to figure out how to get our hotel reservation corrected, but the front desk was so indifferent about helping me out, I felt like I had to take matters into my own hands to update the reservation so that we weren't left without a hotel to stay in. The location of the hotel is far from the center of Paris so even though it is in a location easily accessible to the subway, you still have to ride at least 30 minutes to get to the city-center. There are also not many restaurants in the area to dine at unless you want fast food. Overall, this is the worst 5-star hotel experience I've ever had and will not return to this hotel.…
Good hotel. Rooms didnt have dental kits or shaving kits. Breakfast was so so. Good fruit juces . But only one kind of cheese!!!!! Room was good . Easy check in and out. 10 min to metro station. Light of rooms was low. No mini bar. Pilows were excellent.
🌟🌟🌟 Service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Amenities 🌟🌟🌟 Gym & Spa ️️️️️🌟🌟🌟🌟 Breakfast 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Friendly People 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Location ️️️️️🌟🌟🌟🌟 Value for Money The stay in this Pullman could have definitely been better. A lot of strange things happened during my stay such as another customer just checked-in and received the same room that i was assigned already and he even entered my room while i was inside the room - Reception called me to tell me that my taxi was ready when i didn’t ordered a Taxi…. The gym is really small; there is a Hammam as well but it seems that it wasn’t working at all… The Breakfast was Okey but nothing extraordinary… Aside this, the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable but that is the minimum that you will expect when you are paying over 270€ the Night……
I like the hotel so much, the room was very clean. I like olse the breakfast, the stuff was very good and helpful Especial ms Rasheda she helped me In the breakfast and she translation for me because I don't speak French.
I have stayed at the Pulmann La Defense for several business trips since years. It is a very comfortable and clean hotel well situated in the heart of La Defense and with the city in near reach by RER/METRO. The hotel infrastructure and ammenities fullfill a four star standard but the service is outstanding. A big applause to Magdalena and the front desk team for delivering an exceptional ciustomer service in preparation and during our last stay.
1. We were given rooms already occupied! Guest were inside. My kids were really terrified by this experience. It took very long time to fix this. 2. We were not given connected rooms although that was requested at reservation time.
