Stayed here and had a wonderful Time , every single staff member was wonderful and so welcoming . The food was delicious , and with every single drink came nuts and crackers which was a lovely touch . The hotel was clean and tidy . We went for a massage which was Devine x The only negative I would say is the sunbeds don’t catch the sun after 12.00
Facilities are suitable clean, tasteful and related to its location rather than generic / big hotel / corporate. Situated some minutes drive from Ubud center - so still close to action but not right in it - a good thing. Wonderful service is the lasting impression - especially Dwi and Nopri on the front desk who came to our rescue more than once. Thank you both. Oh - and there is a quite visually magical carp pond next to where you take breakfast (note: breakfast is a la carte, not buffet).
This was our first introduction to Bali and we stayed here for a few days. The hotel is superbly run: the staff are dedicated and super friendly; the facilities are clean; the bedrooms are spacious and well designed. The spa offers a range of treatments and the 75 minute massage I had was an absolute treat. There are two areas to eat: the dining area by the pool and the Italian restaurant. Both offer good quality food. Breakfast is in another dining area and offers a wide range of options. Again, the staff were super friendly and service was excellent. The food is of a high standard. This was a family holiday with 5 adults and was a perfect way to relax.
Can I start by saying I am a hard marker and would give four and a half if it were an option. This is a special place in a beautiful tranquil setting with amazing staff providing top class service. The breakfast in particular is absolutely 5 star. I had an excellent stay. Wonderful overall and would camp here again. Como Ubud loses points on value for money. I was informed by front desk that water delivered to my room was complimentary, only to later find a daily mini bar charge. Only other issue is a bit of a cacophony of unnecessary overnight noise due to old air con units at the front being left on over night, and pool pumps left on too late. No gripes, I was offered another room, but if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room away from the reception and shop area near the front. But this is knit-picking. It's a fantastic place. Loved my time here.…
We stayed for 7 nights. The hotel was very nice, great staff and top notch service. We did a few activities organized by the hotel. For example, the cooking class with Dewa is not to be missed ! Definitely a great hotel choice in Ubud
