This place is really very special. The staff are amazing and will happily help with any requests. The accommodation is simple breath taking and the food in the restaurant is amazing. Great location, the valley views from dining area and pool area are amazing. The staff and service was exceptional. They looked after every detail ensuring best of service and we were very delighted. When we informed the staff of our preference for Vegan meals, they went out of their way to cook us different options for breakfast every day. The staff make note of birthdays and anniversaries of guests and throw in a little surprise on the day. On my birthday, they surprised me with a Vegan Balinese cake. Another day they prepared a special treat for another couple celebrating their anniversary. Every staff member I met or crossed my path on my birthday, knew my birthday and made it a point to wish me. Thank you Nandini, Aari, Lina, Devi, Yanik and all other staff that made our stay very pleasant and memorable. They offer free shuttle service to Ubud, offer free morning Yoga, Village walk. During our stay they organized a special live Balinese dance during dinner as well. We will definitely be visiting again.…

Our villa in the Artist Village was gorgeous, much prettier than the pictures. I could have stayed in the villa all day. The service was excellent and the restaurant was good with a beautiful view. All the staff were friendly and kind. If I ever come back would stay there again. Thank you all at the hotel for everything !

Resort is beautiful, lushy & private. Wonderful stay & especially Balinese ppl are so welcoming. The 2 receptionist & Yana - manager are so kind, always smiling and assisting so well. Definitely I would suggest this place & you’d love staying here. It’s been a week since I returned home from Bali & suddenly I remembered, they deserve a review for their work & here I am.

Amazing hotel Super friendly staff You should book the romantic special dinners ( wow) The infinity pool is very nice with great view There is spa , photo session with a professional photographer and it’s free. If you are travelling to ubud then you have to stay at the pramana villas... One of the best stays and hospitality experienced by us... We had booked the valley suite for two days and artist village suite with private pool for one day.. the staff is very cordial and helpful and they go beyond their way to help you out.. We had an early morning ferry .. Mr obode ..spelling might be incorrect helped us out since our shuttle was late... he was always available even during early hours... the property is serene with great food.... Would recommend this property if you want a breathtaking experience

I faced a clear discrimination I don't know why. Whether I'm an Indian or anything else. On my last day I had my plans to leave early for some place to visit. So I went to restaurant exactly at 7 am (opening time). I kept calling waiters but had to wait 10 mins for waiter to come to my table, (Note - Me and my wife were only one in the restaurant). I ordered my breakfast at 7:15am. Waited till 7:45am and then saw one couple who arrived at around 7:30am is already having their breakfast. Seriously this was happening. I went to the restaurant inside and asked how much more time it would take. They told 5 mins. After 15 mins again I went and asked. Around 8:30 we got our breakfast served. clear ignorance from restaurant. don't know why. Terrible experience.
