Earlsferry House is located relatively close to the airport and a great base for exploring the Swan Valley and also close enough to the station to have a quick 20 minute trip into central Perth. The accommodation is fabulous in rooms that are decorated with an assortment of old and antique object d'art. The beds are super comfortable too. Everything...

Beautiful setting, gorgeous views and walking distance from town centre. Unusual metal sculptures dotted all around the property , particularly liked the turtle. House is full of character and it was great to be able to read its history in the booklet provided whilst enjoying a drink on the wrap around verandah outside out bedroom. Breakfast was very good, highly...

Drove past and did a u turn so I could go back and check out the open garden. So glad I did. It was absolutely fantastic! The old house and gardens are lovely too. Such a great collection and inspiration.

Beautiful old house very eclectically decorated with the owners's antiques and bits and pieces. It is located on a busy road but the traffic noise wasn't bad and shops and the station are close by. I don't like being that one person who doesn't rave about the rooms and the breakfast but to be honest we expected a lot more...

We stayed at the earlsferry b&b as a surprise for my sister's birthday. With both our husband's we checked in and made our way to the swan valley on our tour bus. When we got back we chilled our wine and played scrabble on the upstairs balcony. We had a walk around the gardens and buster the big beautiful dog...

We were looking for somewhere close to home for a couple nights that was not a hotel. This exactly filled the bill. It was a home away from home with something different. We stayed in the billiard room which was perfect. Large room with a seating area, and facilities to be self contained. We ate in several times which we...

After picking up the rental at Perth airport, we found our way to the B&B with out much difficulty. Jane met us at the door and quickly ushered us in as it was beginning to drizzle. Stepping into the foyer was like stepping back in time with a room filled with antiques and curios. Up the stairs and we were...

We have stayed here five or six times on our way up north from Perth. Fantastic location close to the airport, along the river, and within walking distance of restaurants and shops in Guildford. The owners, Jane and Martin, are so accommodating and the breakfasts are delicious. Martin makes gorgeous welded sculptures that adorn the grounds.

Earlsferry is a very pretty, restored, early 20th century house of some local significance. Friendly and helpful hosts. The attractive gardens are adorned with the owner's very impressive metal sculptures. Unfortunately, the rooms are too small to properly describe the accommodation as luxurious. Furthermore, the noise from planes, trains, and automobiles spoils the tranquility of the place. On the upside,...
