Extremely friendly people. The hotel is close to Liberia and the airport and is great for first or last night in the country. Set back from the highway so that you don't perceive the noise or rush. Beautiful grounds and large pool. Food is great. Lots of surrounding wildlife. Las Pumas wildcat rehabilitation centre is next door.

it is like make a stop in this busy world and realize how good life is. Being in the hotel, surrounded by the nature and listening to the wind it's incredible. The people are always with a smile in their faces and always looking for make this experience something to remember. I visited this lovely place for the first time...

We spent our first night in Costa Rica in this hotel. Rooms are spacious, forget about soundproofing, you'll hear everything if you have a neighbour... breakfast is included and is good. There is a huge park where you can walk and see many different animals (deers, monkeys, ants...). Staff doesn't really pay attention to customers even if you speak Spanish....

I stayed here this past week with a friend based on reviews here, and we were hugely disappointed. Beware, there are clearly two types of rooms here- newly renovated (as seen in photos here and on the hotel's website) and very old rooms. We were assigned an old room which was not only tiny and dark, but covered in ants...

This gorgeous property is spread out on many many acres. There is lots of room and privacy! And the tree's and wild life - we had 3 deer come right up to our outside patio while we were rocking in our chairs, then again at breakfast. They accept pets, and have a handicap suite. I have stayed here several times...

Though close to the main road, the hotel is located far enough back that you do not hear any noise. Well located in a park where we saw Agoutis and Deer, as well as a couple of weird looking chicken at breakfast. It was low season, so not many people, which we liked a lot. Not sure if I would...

We went to Costa Rica in rainy season, so it wasn't that we weren't expecting mosquitos, we were just expecting them in the rainforest, and found them absolutely no where but this hotel. My sister and I combined got about 100 bites over the course of a 2 day stay here despite bug spray, wearing pants, etc. It definitely negatively...

This place is fantastic. The rooms were quite large and the shower had a view! We had a private patio outside and enjoyed seeing deer and monkeys roam the property. The rooms are set up cabin style and scattered around the grounds. The grounds themselves are quite spacious and quite beautiful. There's a huge pool and outdoor area. Restaurant was...
