Spent a week here and enjoyed a beautiful setting. Comfortable rooms, nicely designed. Great service. Very good restaurant. Spa on site with great rates and services. Can be noisy at night with nearby traffic and sports stadium.

Kawilal Hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very modern and confortable. It is a very friendly place with the environment. The food in the restaurant is very good, although the prices are a little bit high. The staff is very kind. I would recommend the hotel very much.

I tried to find a special place for weekend close to Guatemala. I found this hotel with a lot of things to do, all of them around relaxing. The place is 100% natural. You will find around more than 10 pools with different temperatures (since 31F to 41F), in addition you will find more than 20 options for relaxing packages....

This is a place that I should visit more often. The rooms are beautiful, loved the architecture and the spaces. The swimming pool area is uttely nice and I enjoyed the thermal waters very much. Lot of space to walk and to relax. The food was good. Close to Guatemala city, but isolated enough.

Mission Team based at Hotel Kawilal for work in the area. Hotel is safe, easy due to its location and its restaurant on site, luxurious in terms of rooms and surroundings, affordable with inclusion of breakfast. Staff very "amable" and accommodating. We look forward to staying here again when we hope to have time to take advantage of Santa Teresita...

We enjoyed the stay there very much. Unfortunately we were there during a tropical-storm but so we were able to enjoy the SPA, including a wonderful massage for a reasonable price. Despite the rain, we enjoyed the warm termal bath. The room was huge and very modern, with an open bath/shower. Fantastic beds. We enjoyed the dinner very much. The...

For about $140 we had a private shuttle from Antigua to the hotel, an awesome bedroom, the pools and hot tubs ( not the circuit pools) and a full-on breakfast . Dinner for 2 was under $25 delivered to the room. The rooms and grounds are really clean and well- kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. Today we will...

After hiking up and down the Pacaya Volcano, the tour van took us to the Santa Teresita Spa to enjoy a healthy meal and unwind in their thermal pools fed by the Pacaya Volcano.
