I stayed here for 4 nights early March and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Lovely, friendly owners. My chalet looked out over the front of the property. There is a little boardwalk leading deck looking over to a pond (this was almost empty but it was the end of summer). It looked like the back chalets had a similar setup. The...

We stayed for one night on a recent driving holiday around Tasmania and Oyster Cove Chalet was our favourite hotel. Wallabies came to visit us in the evening and the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the room very quite. We slept very well and we enjoyed the coffee machine and breakfast and homemade bread.

This Chalet is very comfortable and well presented. I love the attention to detail in the bathroom, the soaps and the kits laid out with neatness and precision, the attention to detail in the kitchen. Presentation and thoughtfulness is apparent and this is probably the influence of Jeannie (our host). The only issue is we couldn't get wi-fi for part...

From the moment we arrived at Oyster Cove Chalet, we were treated beautifully and respectively by our host Jeannie. The room was spacious, clean and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble for Jeannie, she even found us a diffuser so we could diffuse our essential oils. She provided a blender so we could make our smoothies, and extra pillows when...

Our two days at these peaceful chalets were special. So close to the Bruny Island ferry and our hosts Jeannie and Brett were very personable. Fresh artisan bread to top off the included continental breakfast, wallabies and blue wrens outside the door and a lovely zen feel in the comfortable rooms. Our disabled relations had perfect facilities in an adjacent...

My wife and I spent five days at the chalet and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are large, modern and refreshingly clean. The host , Jeannie is extremely friendly and helpful. The chalet is 20 minutes south of Hobart and in a bush setting. Some great drives through the Huon Valley. Thoroughly recommend.
