The only plus point of the hotel is that it is close to the airport, only 15 minutes drive otherwise there is no plus point in this hotel. Rooms are small, if you asked for an extra bed then it will be completely packed. They have two restaurants in the hotel and one outside the hotel a roadside Dhaba. When you asked for food, they will serve it only from that dhaba in your room.

Hotel is nice ,close to airport ,clean and decent for a nights stay.Although the hotel restaurant was closed, another 24 hour food option was available in the premises and was good. But the person /manager named Baiju something is highly impolite..to every requests he starts with a NO..then you have to argue with him to get things which are usually expected in a room.. We stayed 5 families on 22nd night (vikas srivastava) and except for his behavior, everything was nice..

Room was clean. Staff was good and helpful. Food was not that good, we ordered chicken 65 but it wasn’t looking like chicken 65 at all. In chicken fried rice it was hard to find chicken. Other than that the reception as well shuttle to airport was good.

Hotel location is superb. The very first moment of check-in done by Remya was smooth. staff was super active on their toes welcomed us warmly and made us comfortable. Special attention given by Sudarshan is undeniably Commendable. Everyone was so sweet and humble.Rooms were comfortable and pleasing ambience.

In Self quarantine for 7 days starting 15th Oct 2020. The staff members Ramya Soumya Baiju Ansho Nayan Zannath and others from the time of reservation were hospitable & warm going out of their way to make me feel at home. Organized transport and hospital booking for the Covid test. Assisted me in every instance. Warmth and service from the heart to feel at home.

Good hotel near kochi airport.You will get good vegetarian food at this hotel.You will get good non vegetarian food also.Good parking place.Rooms are also good and spacious.Nice service too.They got choice travel for all sight seeing in kerala.

I came with my wife for one day stay..hotel was nice and staff was so co operative and helpful..food was good .reception staff are very polite..rooms are very clean and nice..each n every person in the hotel staff is very helpful.. actually people of South India is very polite

Not a good option for tourists, away from main city. Very poor mobile network, wifi is very slow, even in today's world the wifi usage is restricted to 500mb per day and at 1mbps speed:(. Breakfast arrangements need big improvement, limited options and no eggs, the items are served by staff instead of letting us help ourselves, refilling is very slow.

Functional and clean. Not really a holiday experience, and no reason to stay here if you're not coming from or going to airport. Restaurant advertised lots of exciting south indian food, but breakfast consisted of cereal, instant coffee and cheap and nasty toast and jam. Didnt seem to be any other options available locally. Seems ok as a place sleep. Cant say much more than that for it.

The hotel is located convienently near the Airport and the complimentary airport pick up is prompt. The room and toilets are neat and clean. The staff is helpful and courteous. The restaurant serves delicious food. I had one of the best paneer butter masala( to my utter delight ) over here. Overall the stay for me, my wife and one year old kid was comfortable.
