Nicely placed for Leeds Castle. Welcome and room just fine. We felt a bit let down by the breakfast - we opted for the continental but it was very plain. Coffee machine may have broken - it was cold and weak. Surprised that when we mentioned it there was no offer to do anything about it.

We stayed at Kent house for five days, and thanks to Karen , Penny, and her daughter ( sorry don't know her name ) we had a great stay. We were made very welcome , and nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely loved our room no. 5. And the breakfast was absolutely scrumptious . It's a must, and would definitely...

We have just returned from an 8 week trip around UK & Ireland using 41 different B&Bs and rank Kent House amongst better ones. Karen welcomed us on arrival and allocated us a room to rear with views of surrounding fields. Our room was clean with comfortable bed & good en suite and there was ample parking in front for...

A clean and cold place to sleep and nothing more to write home about, Outside temperature was around 50F (10C) and not much warmer inside. When we've complained about the frigid conditions, were told the system was on "automatic", whatever that meant. Later attempts to contact our host proved futile, so we went to sleep dreaming of Chicago in January......

Are you sure you have the correct B&B as nobody has complained of it being cold nor has any body approached me about it and as i''m the only owner now i'm a little bit bemused!!! Karen

Stayed for two nights (Room 2). Large size room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed and good pressure in shower. Breakfast was excellent and proximity to Leeds Castle was another plus to stay here. Thank you.

Stayed here one night. We had room 5 which is roomy and bright with an excellent en-suite. We were warmly greeted and shown to our room, and then the young lady made a booking at the local eatery for us. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, the proprietress was helpful and friendly. The property is on a B...

We had a lovely downstairs room with an excellent bathroom. The inn itself sparkles, and has pretty views from the dining area. The food was delicious and plentiful. We had no problem with ordering breakfast in advance---it made perfect sense. There was just the right amount of conversation with the recently widowed young owner. Whether she is shy, or simply...
