I take this opportunity to thank each & everyone and also to the General Manager Mr Agnelo and also to share some feedback which hopefully could help enhance the already wonderful experiences for guests. We took back some really amazing memories of our stay at this lovely resort, made even more special by the interactions with many of your team (have tried to mention all I could and this surely goes out to many more whom we met). It was nice to meet, I just have a few points to highlight and will summarize them below: the Wow: • From the welcome to farewell the warmth and hospitality by everyone was heart-warming towards us. Big shoutout to Samarth from Guest Relations who took amazing care of us and made us really feel at home, he also has vast knowledge about Goa and he was very very informative and a huge asset to Nanu Beach Resort. • We thoroughly enjoyed the superbly delicious culinary treats at Sea Shell restaurant and the experience was made even more lovable and personal by the superb team of Chef Rama along with Chef Kripa and Chef Jocen It was a delight to chat with our server Sundar and the chefs who met us. • Since we were travelling by train we had limited time options for arrival/departure, but a great many thanks to your team for accommodating us...it was an absolute relief to have the room available. We booked Nanu Beach Resort Goa because of their private-ish access to the beach and we really make the right decision! The beach is well maintained and has a few options for anyone looking to indulge in sun bathing. Nanu has a clean, naturalesque shower area to clean up after your day or evening at the beach, which goes on to show their commitment to little details. The resort itself is vast.The food at the restaurant is delicious. A wide variety of cuisines to choose from and none of the menu items disappoint. The buffet breakfast at the shack had a range of dishes to choose from and all of the items will definitely make your morning. Thanks to Chef Rama and his boyz. Nanu's hospitality is unmatched and right from the reception to room service, everything is taken care of with a smile. Call guest services and they'll take care of everything without a hitch. The rooms are big, spacious and well maintained with a cool, picturesque decor,which were stocked with amenities, cleaned to perfection and had comfortable to stay in. Last but not the least thanks to Samarth who made our stay a beautiful memories, he made sure that we were happy and well taken care of and personally met us couple of times to make sure that we were enjoying our stay. Not very helpful managers. Looks like they do not have the authority to make any decisions or they do not want to. Staff try but the effort becomes worthless when there is no support from management! Simple example is accompaniment for curd rice is pickle & papad…but they will only give it on a chargeable basis. F & B manager needs to pull his pants up.

The restaurant has very bizzare pricings. Chappati is priced at Rs 190 while dal and other items are priced at around Rs. 300-400. I have never seen such high pricing for chapati. As an unsuspecting customer, people check only the pricing of dal and other main course items and chappati are generally priced at one fourth to one tenth of main course gravy items. This escalated the bill to so high that more than 38% of our bill came from chappati. This almost amounts to cheating the customer. If you are coming here, dont consume chappati.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Nanu Beach Resort Goa. Mr Samarth who met us from day one at the restaurant was a true gem, organizing everything seamlessly and providing us with all the information we needed to make our Goa experience exceptional. His warm welcome and the effort he made for all of us was wonderful . His level of care and attention to detail makes us want to return year after year, especially during Vacations. Food was super tasty and the poha served at breakfast was out of this world – it was so delicious that I couldn't resist having it twice. Thanks to Chef Rama and Chef Anand. General Manager of the Resort Mr Agnelo was impressive. We met him twice during the breakfast, He ensured that guest safety comes first by personally supervising and made sure that service carts were well arranged systematically without disturbing the fellow guests. Nanu Beach Resort is a property for all ages, with services that cater to every need. Mr Mackson at the restaurant was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the menu and personally serving the most tasty dishes prepared by the Chef's. We had a conference , the Front Office Associate Milosha Fernandes was very welcoming, helpful and kind to all the delegates and made us feel comfortable. Mr. Vinod also helped the guests with their luggage very effeciently. Overall experience and stay was good. The restaurant staff was good and Chef Rama and his team did a good job and everyone enjoyed the food.

Our stay at Nanu Beach Resort was beyond the expectations that were already set prior to arrival. The most important element of our stay was the comfort and exceptional behaviour of the staff especially Samarth, his smallest of gestures made such a great impact, to the point where we just wanted to extend our stay but it was not possible as we had already booked the flights, he is really a helpful, proffessional and has a beautiful smile on his face. Rooms were clean with beautiful view from the room, Buffet Breakfast and Ala carte food we ordered was awesome and delicious Chef Rama and Chef Kripa has a best team. All words used to praise this stay will be an understatement. Worst experience with our stay in this resort ever in our travel History !!!!!.Here’s why 1.Very expensive considering the service, location and access to beach(road to beach is not maintained at all).Rooms are very small for a premium room which we got and no view at all. 2.Front desk people are not Guest friendly -not one bit.They gave us a secluded room saying all rooms are booked but no change in price(remember this).They asked us If we asked for a ground floor room at the time of booking.How will we know that there is ground/first floor rooms ? The only reason I booked this so called resort(it’s more of a hotel) is to get a preferred/good view room but that did not help.I paid more and worst part is they will not bother to even check unless you waste your time standing infront of them to check for other room availability. 3.Front desk only knows to say Sorry for everything but don’t do anything to help the guest. Ex-they did not replenish the towels and toiletries-we have to ask for everything and they will just say SORRY SIR. 4.No live music to entertain the guests, infact there is nothing that you can do in this resort.Complete waste of money.Normal hotels are better. 5.When we checked they said carrom board and TT area was in renovation but they will take full money-no compromise there and there is no other indoor sport. 6.Breakfast is OK types considering the price of the room and gets crowded.We had to wait for 30min to get a table. 7.For such a big area resort there is not enough parking and no sheds for cars considering how hot it could get in Goa.Again no attitude towards caring for Guests comforts. 8.They will ask you to pay full amount AS SOON AS YOU ENTER THE HOTEL.I have never seen this in my life.We always pay at the time of checkout.Also they will not give the bill after you pay full amount at checkin.They said bill will be provided on the day of checkout.Very strange !!!!! 9.On the day of checkout, front desk called with 6 min left to checkout.When We said we need another 20min they said “NOT POSSIBLE”.I felt they will throw our bags out if we don’t check out at 11 am.They did send their staff to help us vacate the room at 11:10 am.Nightmare when you have kids and need a little more flexibility. OVERALL OUR STAY AT THIS SO CALLED RESORT HAS NOT BEEN A PLEASANT ONE.PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK BEFORE OPTING FOR THIS RESORT. I wish I could give negative ratings for this resort.I hope management takes this feedback and fixes the issues highlighted above and not just say “SORRY SIR” !!!!! …

Nanu Beach Resort is a beautiful resort with cottage style rooms amidst greenery, beautiful pools, and walking distance to a clean beach. Overall ambience of the resort is calm, welcoming and peaceful, perfect for families. Special thanks to Mr Samarth Egdo from guest relations who went out of the way to accommodate our needs helped us with sightseeing with a smile and made our stay comfortable and memorable, definitely we will be back during Christmas Break.
