Excellent location. Nice pool, decent food and cordial staff. Decent property but sadly neglected. I stayed in room 211 (am still here!). On arrival and checking in - 3 room lights inoperational (1 still inoperational after complaint), A/C inoperational (now working at 1/4th capacity after complaint), leaking and loose taps in bathroom, housekeeping limited to doing beds only and floors etc poorly cleaned, leftovers of finished meals lying in staircases for more than 12 hours, average linen etc. Management needs to have a robust review process since their tariff is on a 4 star level.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone it’s the pits full of Russians and the food was disgusting yes it’s near a fantastic beach with lots of bars but to have to go out and eat to get a decent meal when you are all inclusive is not my kind of good service
Nice place . This has been a very nice place to stay with the family. The hospitality was quite high an I enjoyed every minute of my stay. My family too was happy as we had selected this place to match our expectations.
This place is nothing but a judge disappointment! It's very neglected, dingy, with a terrible poor service. The bed linens looks like it's not washed correctly, the same with towels. The curtains in room, are full of dust, stains and dirt. But nothing compares to the toilet. Dirty, old and disgusting. I never have been in such a terrible hotel. This is FAR AWAY from European standards! It's ok for a backpackers who needs to stay for one or two nights.
