The approach to the Waveney River Centre was a nightmare one track road & the better route was a one car road with pull ins to allow someone coming theother way to pull-in to let you or them by.

Thanks for your question, Ellingham Lodge is right next to the building site. You will have no privacy or peace and quiet from the builders. They will drive past the lodge every time they move around the site, you will hear power tools going off all day long, you will see mounds of rubbish and building materials.
And sorry to say this but if you complain to Mr Knight you will get a load of lies about it not being a building site and no refund. And his suggestion that I was threatening is unjust, he told my wife when we said we wanted to leave that he doesn't listen to threats, he then openly laughed about our comments about the noise.
Hoseason's should not be booking anyone into these lodges until the site is finished.
I hope you can get a refund or an alternative holiday.
If you are unsure of my review please read the one left by someone else the day after me.
Best of luck.
