My Husband and I chose this hotel for Our Wedding Venue, we met regularly with the manager who personally co-ordinated our day. He told us nothing was impoosible and that he would do anything he could to ensure we had the day we had always dreamed of. He Couldn't have been more wrong. This man gave us everything we ever...

family run hotel undergoing restoration. Very good restaurant menu, Our room was on the 1st floor, a little small but ok for a couple of night. There was traffic noise but this disappeared after 7.30'ishpm and did not cause any inconvenience.

Visit the Tolbooth, conveniently across the road and make sure to ask for the Historic Sanquar town map. There is a nice walk around all the...

The best thing about our stay was that thankfully it was only for one night! Staff are not overly friendly or apparently bothered about guests. Room at the top at the front of the building, even though we requested a room at the back. To get to the room we had to climb up a rickety staircase with light-fitting wires...
