Thank you for your review. Must disagree with the 'outdated' part - It is like me - just old!! LOL. We are so pleased that the weather behaved itself and that everyone who went to the Prom seemed to have a great time. THANK YOU for staying with us.

This was a last minute booking for the bank holiday weekend. Nice sea view from our room. Clean and tidy even though a bit dated. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very polite and most helpful. On arrival we were given a glass of sherry and salted peanuts! Great location nice walking along the sea front. Parking is on...

We were fortunate that a last minute cancellation enabled us to provide you with one of our front rooms. We are happy that you had an enjoyable Bank Holiday weekend. The house is over 120 years old and we do not try to 'modernize' it.The property is 'dated' because we like to keep it that way. It is freshly painted...

I was arriving late and all when exactly to plan. Maria was very friendly and nothing was too much of a problem for her even though it was late. The room was clean and tidy and well appointed and the breakfast was top notch.

We are happy that you were pleased with our service. Late arrivals can be a problem if we have had a very long and busy day. Maria is naturally friendly and often 'volunteers' to meet late guests. Thank you for your positive review.

10/10, loved my stay, had single room nice and quiet. Location was perfect. Everything spotless and the breakfast was amazing. Loved my stay and would certainly go back. I needed quite a lot of information about the area and Tony was very helpful.

Thank you for your positive review. We are lucky with our staff as they have been with us for some time and really keep everything spic and span. I am pleased that I had, or was able to find, the information you required. It is great talking with so many different guests

We had a delux room with sea views the only issues we had related to the fact that the sun came up straight opposite which meant with no black out blinds we had full sun shinning through the thin curtains anytime after 4am, also the bed in the first room we had was exceeding large and I would not have...

Very sorry - we did our best for you. As soon as you expressed dissatisfaction with the large downstairs room, we offered to move you to the only other room that we had. We utterly refute any suggestion of damp in the first room . It has just been refurbished. WE will consider blackout curtains for the summer months. As...

Stayed here with my brother and my German shepherd dog for two nights back in March. We were given the "pet" room which wasn't even remotely dog smelly. Lovely clean (if not a little dated) twin room with its own door straight outside. Perfect for taking the dog out. Breakfast was fantastic and we were provided a sausage for the...

Thanks for the review and the barks of appreciation!! LOL. The property is 'dated' because we like to keep it that way. It is freshly painted and clean - but IT IS A BUILDING that is over 100 years old and we do not try to 'modernize' it. Would be pleased to have you and your dog again.

This guest house is in a lovely position overlooking the sea. My hubby and I stayed bed and breakfast for a 3 night break. The room was great - very clean and quiet. The food was superb. A varied choice and plenty of it. I will definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We were given a decent sized very clean room at the back with an access door out which was useful as we had 2 small dogs with us.The breakfast & choice was excellent they even gave us two sausages for the dogs which kept them going for the car journey back. Maria and I were so pleased that you found everything acceptable - especially as we had such a hard task in contacting you to make sure that you had the only dog room... Had a wonderful four night stay at this guest house, excellent hosts Maria and Tony assisted by friendly and efficient support staff.
