We booked into a family room for one night and were quickly told the smaller of 2 family rooms wasn't available so ended up paying extra for larger. The communal areas of the hotel are dated to say the least. Its like stepping back into the 70s/80s and not in a good way. Never saw the restaurant as it was...

North Wales tour and this was one location we stayed at, first impressions were that we had stepped into a time portal and gone back to the 70s! The decor, the 70s slot machine in the hallway and the bar furniture along with carpets and the Ford Cortina on a photo parked out front! I felt i must rush out...

place was really 70's looking, the smell was horrible... rooms were clean but shabby, double bed was 2 single beds pushed together with 2 single duvets... doors had latches on them with locks which made me nervous as we had young children with us and there was 2 rooms to our room... the owner was very creepy like norman bates...

Very friendly owner and the hotel is clean and well kept, yet is stuck in the 1970's. We didn't mind that very much though, as we found the retro decor & furnishings quite appealing. The photo of the room on here is a little misleading though. We didn't like the sliding door to the bathroom; we found it not to...

Filthy cutlery, moldy sauce bottles, meager breakfast, i couldnt eat mine on the second day, due to my son having a fly land in his!! Rude owners, no apology for cutlery, accused me of doing it myself! It was dried on! Best Hotels i recommend in Llandudno, The lily, and for a cheap, but fantastic guest house, the Clifton hotel....

Very Clean and Comfortable with many facilities which can be found in a 4/5 star hotel, ie room service, trouser press, mini bar, safe in room etc. The rooms are on the small size but it is obvious that that is because each room has been adapted to be en-suite. The towels are fluffy and there is loads of extremely...

Hotel The hotel itself is very dated and like stepping back into a mixture of between1950's and 80's It definitely could do with a revamp. We had a family room which consisted of one double and a small separate box room next door, not ideal if you have very young children but ok for us as my children are teenagers....

Very very dated, tatty old furniture that should be disposed of to put it politely. whole place smelt musty, albeit it was clean enough. This hotel needs a major overhaul right through from what we could see to bring up to a modern standard. Location excellent, in a very nice little village, Rhos on Sea. The beach is one minute...

The hotel is in a nice spot, short walk from the beach. I went to family occasion and the hotel was on the same street as my aunt's house so location was perfect. The hotel looks very old fashioned but it's spotless and the bed was comfortable so that's all that matters to me most. The water was scolding hot...

Probably the worst B& B (Hotel?) we have ever stayed in - and we are far from fussy. We were given a room, furthest away, on the top floor with a LOT of stairs to climb, but assumed this was the only one available. However, unless all the other guests had skipped breakfast (or were invisible) we appeared to be...
