Thank you for taking the time to comment following your recent stay at the Mercure Bristol North the Grange Hotel on Sunday 9th December as part of a large group. We had been advised the group would be dining outside of the hotel, then upon arrival established there would be a requirement to accommodate in excess of 40 guests at short notice. I am sorry we were unable to offer the full hotel menu, the restricted choice menu was produced at short notice to ensure we were able to accommodate the needs of all of the tour guests. It is disappointing you did not experience the usual high standards we offer to large groups. Once again thank you for your feedback. Kind regards Michael Wood General Manager

Booked as a last minute surprise and we weren’t disappointed, the hotel is set in lovely grounds and we had a very warm welcome. We checked into our room which was warm cosy and spotlessly clean, the bed was huge! Shampoo shower gel and plenty of towels and everything we needed.

I booked this birthday treat for my friends birthday & we left disappointed.
Although our dietary requirements were taken good care of, this is where the customer service ended. At no point did they come back to ask if all was ok, I had to go to reception twice asking for hot wa

As you drive up the long drive through the countryside you already feel like you are in for a special stay. The hotel is set in beautiful quiet countryside. I arranged a dinner dance for some 90 guests and from the start of the negotiations to the actual function, I was given hel

Even after the room had be cleaned again by the cleaners reluctantly the bathroom was still dirt
Dried sick in toilet in the rooms bathroom.
Mark on bedsheet. How did the cleaners not see this when putting on the sheet?
Note left in the room re not making up the rooms!!!
I stayed recently and forgot to check out. I know my credit card has been charged to settle my bill but I need a copy of the bill for my own records. I have emailed the hotel twice and had no response. I have spoken to reception twice and had my email taken and still nothing. Who exactly do I need to contact to obtain a copy of my bill??
Please contact me direct with the date of your stay, I will then arrange to forward the receipt. Many thanks Michael Wood General Manager

what is the best way in to bristol if i dont wish to drive
Hi, it would be by taxi as the hotel is loated in the country and I don't think it is on a bus route. This could be expensive. Alternativley you could take a 10 taxi ride to Bradley Stoke village center and catch a bus into Brstol. Hope this helps

Hi, I have just booked 2 rooms with you under the name of Fletcher for 2 adults, 3 children and a Labrador dog. First I'd like to check that the dog is allowed - the man on the phone seemed certain but best to check. Secondly I'd like to ask whether we could have 3 children in the family room instead of having to book 2 rooms? Many thanks,
Is there a gym for residents to use when staying
No. that i know of.

Do the hotel have private sun beds on the beach to hire or do you just go to the beach and pay for beds on arrival? In a hotel previously we could book through reception and were allocated same sun beds for our whole stay.
Ho, ho, ho! Merry Christmas!
