My stay was for a week in early January 2017. It was quite cold when I arrived and the hotel was not busy, but the manager had turned the heat up in my room that morning to be sure it would be comfortable for my stay. I had a room with a kitchenette that had a 2 burner stove, microwave...

A inexpensive hotel on the way to Alaska. The rating is based on the location. It is the nicest one in the area. It needs cleaning, painting and does not offer a breakfast. The price is good considering it would be used for one night as a stop going north or south.

We arrived very late after a stressful drive of 800 miles in a day. Front desk service (assuming owner) got out of bed and was so accommodating, friendly and full of smiles I could've hugged her. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very reasonably priced. I would love to stay again and explore the town again. Beautiful view of the mountains...

Super clean and affordable hotel in New Hazelton,BC. Tony at the front desk was extremely welcoming and accommodating, making sure I had a perfect parking spot for my motorbike and providing a ground floor room, away from the expected celebration noise to ensure a good night's sleep. The room was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again...

Stayed one night as part of our road trip to Alaska.Easy check in, ordinary but clean rooms and staff allowed us to park our bikes right out front so an eye could be kept out for them. No complaints really just don't expect anything fancy. A few restaurants in walking distance and gas to get you going again. Good choice...

This is a pretty simple hotel and extremely reasonable in price. We had a room with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The location is convient to walk to dinner. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and will come back.

When I walked into the room, I could not believe how cold it was. It was -12 C outside, and not much above 0 inside. I turned up the thermostat right away but it took several hours to get warm enough to take off my jacket - went out for supper in the meantime; that's another story. I even filled...
