I had the pleasure of staying here for close to 15 days. The rooms are nice, clean and beautifully designed. They are slightly on the smaller size but the way the room furnishings have been designed, you will never feel short of space. They serve breakfast on a very reasonable pricing. The room has got a tea/coffee maker. The only...

I used the Richmond Inn Hotel for the first time at the beginning of September. A little cautious as it's priced at a rate equivalent to 3 star hotels nearby. this is an older hotel in need of a bit of attention but the rooms are clean, well appointed and (I had a double) very large! You get the feeling...

We have stayed in this hotel several times now and find it very convenient for central Richmond. The rooms are small but clean with all the amenities you would expect. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and there is parking behind the hotel which is always a bonus.

Stayed for one night. Room was bigger than usual in London. Everything very clean. Staff very polite and helpful. Hotel is located out of the city centre but metro stop is only 5 minutes walking. The District Line brings you to Piccadilly Circus in about 20 minutes. Very convenient if you need to go to the airport in the early...

Very good hotel situated in the centre of Richmond. Our room was spacious and the decor clean and fresh. Good size bathroom. Polite staff. We opted out of breakfast (which is optional) in order to have a light bite down by the river since the weather was warm and sunny. This was a leisurely walk of 20 minutes.

One night staying for the Kew Music concert. Very clean and spacious room with very nice bathroom. Quiet place. we didn't hear any noise from the streets. The only downside was the lift not working, but the guy at the reception immediately told us and with only 2 floors and no bags, we didn't care. Very close to the underground/overground...

Facilities and staff were mostly nice but an extra £20 charge for having another person in my room was very annoying. I wasn't given the option to select number of people when booking so it was an unwelcome surprise considering we were only staying one night. No apology - they just blamed the booking site for making a mistake. Car...
