I love Premier Inns. Simple, Clean and well appointed. This hotel is enhanced by the lovely Joe, receptionist, waiter and all round friendly lad. Will definitely be back. Only issue I ever have is with the height of the bath sides - very high and a bit precarious to get out of if your not a climber!!

Great location just a few minutes walk from the train station in Richmond, an easy check in using the machines in reception which was all very efficient. Hotel and bar look clean, tidy and relatively modern as was the room. We stayed in the middle of August for 2 nights as a friend was getting married in Richmond at another...

The staff were excellent as always. The location is a great base for exploring London with the station a short bus ride / walk from the hotel. The hotel is within walking distance to Kew Gardens and if you enjoy walking a bit further Richmond park.

Overall the hotel was clean, tidy staff where helpful , but the noise from outside busy road and planes flying over inn was ideal. When booking your stay please note their is a car parking fee of £10 which wasn't stated when booking online with Richmond premier inn

Having stayed here on several occasions it's always a concern that the hotel may have changed for the worse. However we have just stayed here again for a wedding and the hotel is as good as ever. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the beds guarantee a good nights sleep. The parking on site is...

We have stayed here many times over the years and have always been very happy. This time sadly disappointed, the service level of the staff, with one exception, had declined substantially. The Resturant for dinner was awful, the table was dirty the food was uninteresting, the Mac and cheese was tasteless. The room was not properly cleaned. This may have...

I stayed here with my mother for a few nights as she is disabled and can’t get into our house. Booking a proper disabled room was difficult because although they have 2 rooms with wet rooms and raised toilet seats they won’t guarantee that you will get them if you book them. After banging my head against a brick wall...

We have just returned from a two night stay at this hotel. We found the room very clean and spacious, with air condition which was a real bonus in the recent hot summer nights. Beds were lovely, you sank into them. We asked for a quiet up top room and that is what we got. We were given a long...
