We had a wedding to go to on the river so stayed here for one night after looking at all the local hotels and guest houses nearby this one looked ok. At a good price. Well it was a lot more than ok! It was a perfect 5 min walk to the river for us but moreover the room was...

As a good local boozer, with a good choice of beer, friendly atmosphere and staff, it scores above average. The slight weak spot is the food, it is acceptable but nothing special. So calibrate expectation on that basis and you will enjoy a visit.

We stopped here for a quick pint and a spot of food. The bar was clean and fresh and the staff were very friendly. We ordered from the menu and sat outside. The food arrived on time and was hot and tasty. The bar was not too busy but the staff were very helpful.

Came across this pub on a Sunday evening after spending most of the day in Richmond Park which is a 15 minute walk away. It was a beautiful, sunny evening, so we stopped here for a few before heading back into London A great selection of wine, beers and spirits available, reasonably priced with a seating area outside, and space...

We were made so welcome by the owner and his wife. Room 1 was spacious with an enormous bed. Lots of music and other activities but no noise in the bedroom. Comprehensive pub menu and well kept beers. Would certainly stay again

Great atmosphere, love the music, the only place in the area that has live music at least twice a week. The staff are friendly and the house wine is lovely. Good pub to watch sport in too. Good old fashioned fun pub. Easily the best pub in Richmond. Highly recommend young and old.

As a pub it is good and the food is decent pub grub, as a Hotel though it is for the area and cost a bit average. I stay in Richmond often and I think you can do better for hotels for the price. I went to bed a bit early and I could happily hear the quiz going on...

Great little pub to watch the final day of the six nations before heading to twickenham. Good food a great choice of pints and good service also. It is quite a small pub but you could see the screens clearly. A nice outside area to sit too which I Imagjne would be nice during the summer months

We saw this pub in the Camra's, good beer guide, so expected quality. We found the choice of beer poor. We ordered hamburgers and chicken wings. The hamburgers were almost raw and cold and our food teacher friend advices us not to eat it. I had chicken wings. The wings were warm on the outside but the bone was cold...
