We stayed at the Quinns hotel whilst staying in London for a rugby match at Twickenham. Good location and friendly staff, free car parking on site, and a nice breakfast of toast and cereals, and tea and coffee. A very tired and dated hotel which needs a bit of love and attention. The rooms were ok with clean bedding. The...

Fairly comfy beds - felt clean. Definitely not the case for shared toilet and bathroom in corridor. Tried to have shower in morning and it went from boiling hot to freezing on a regular basis - nothing more than a dribble as well. I've seen dripping taps with more flow than the shower... However, if you are looking simply for...

We booked this for an overnight stay after the England/France match after we discovered we had to drive down and was late to get a better hotel as they were all booked up.The hotel is ideally located for access to the centre of Richmond. The staff were friendly and helpful. However the hotel is in dire need of some refurbishment. The decor...

What a dump. Totally worn out. Wifi doesn't work. TVs from the 1980s in the rooms. Avoid at all costs. Probably one of the worst places I have stayed in my long career of traveling. Stayed two nights. Thought housekeepers would have flushed my toilet after using it! Simply awful.

Hotel with limited car parking (12)get in early and nab a space very near town centre . The room rates are cheap the double room en-suit well worthwhile it. 24hour staff on reception.Bus stop outside to central London. The Red cow public house opposite is great.

I guess you get what you pay for. This is a budget hotel with a good location. Everything is old and seedy. It is noisy - you everything In the hall. The staff were helpful. If you are looking for cheap - you can't beat the price but if you want nice and comfortable go elsewhere.

Firstly, staff were nice, friendly and very helpful. No complaints there. You pay for what you get but even I didn't expect this. Its from the 70's and hasn't been updated since. Sort of place you wouldn't walk around with your shoes off. Come on owners, stop being so tight and redecorate the place. Buy some new carpets and get...

Nice place to stay in Richmond, only a few minutes walk to Richmond Train Station with frequent connections via the District Line into London. Friendly and helpful staff, small but cosy rooms. Wifi only on the ground floor in the wifi area.

We were booked in to this hotel (more like bail hostel) as our original hotel across the road had informed me that our room was flooded. So for the same price we were transferred here. We dumped our bags and went out straight away and it wasn't until we returned in the evening the horror revealed itself. It was filthy,...
