Excellent value for money, good experience from entering with extremely helpful receptionist. Rooms reasonably basic, but very clean and tidy, ideal for a couple of nights visiting friends in area....

It is a small hotel next to a busy road but this didn't matter, just a few minutes from our destination, Poynton. the staff were superb, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room smelt a bit musty and was quite old but great shower. the taxi system is excellent too,

The team when we arrived made us very welcome and were very interested in what we were doing so as to help. They found us addresses and telephone numbers and nothing was too much trouble. We are back down in December and are looking forward to our stay.

Is there secure cycle storage at the hotel or any facility to be able to leave a bike overnight?
Oh sure about cycle store but I’m sure they would be ok if you put the bike in your room . Some of the rooms are on the ground floor and the rooms are a decent size . Perhaps it would be best to check beforehand, either ring or email .

Hello. Can anyone recommend any nearby food places other than the Indian Restaurant next door? Thank you.
We took a short walk, roughly about 10 minutes to a pub in the local village/town. Food was adequate for the cost. It appeared to be one of the chains.

Hello......I have noticed that the hotel is pet friendly.....NO problem with this. However I am Asthmatic and might have a problem if a dog had been the previous client !!!!!***** in view of this minor problem would be grateful for a non-doggie room....Many thanks, looking forward to visit...22/23/24th Aug.
Sorry, for the delay in replying, I've just seen your question. I'm also asthmatic and allergic to dogs but did not have a problem.
