Dear Chris and Bex, Many thanks for taking the time to write your review. It is really appreciated. Our efforts need to be directed towards maintaining a consistently good experience. Reviewers sometimes give us a 1 star review so we are clearly not everyone's cup of tea and clearly to generate a 1 star we must have made mistakes. We do have a lift, but as it is an old house the lift is located a short walk (flat) from the entrance hall. Our showers are above baths, so we do not have walk in showers available in rooms that are also accessible via the lift. Regards Tony
