Stayed here for a night over the new year. It was fab. It was a little gem. Our room was huge and very clean and comfortable. It was reasonably priced with a fantastic breakfast. The bar is great. We didn't have dinner so I can't say if it was nice or not but there were a lot of people coming...

This is the second time we have spent Christmas here as a family whilst visiting my mum, and it was just as good as ever. I was a bit disappointed when we did not initially have the same room as the last time but thanks to Mandy who clearly reads between the lines and understands customer service, she had offered...

We eat at this bistro fairly often, and it is consistently good. Well sourced local produce, a chef who is obviously interested in trying new recipes, and friendly staff make for a pleasant experience. Delighted to find that dogs are welcome in the bar area, as this is a beautifully situated place, on the seafront, so a perfect destination for...

Fabulous restaurant with super, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Always great choices, lovely atmosphere and, most importantly, delicious food of exceptionally high quality, at very reasonable prices! Highly recommend a visit!! PS Have never stayed, but have been shown the sea view rooms ......... fabulous! On our agenda!

We had dinner in the restaurant and although the choice was limited as it was a Sunday there was still plenty to choose from. The food is local, beautifully presented and prepared and the portions were generous to say the least! The staff...

This is an excellent restaurant with a great atmosphere and ambience. The food was top quality, especially enjoyed the muscles, and all locally sourced. The service was fast and friendly and I would definitely go back.

My husband and I just moved to Ireland from the US and I am planning a surprise Valentines Day getaway at The Salty Dog. In making reservations there this week I have been an extremely challenging guest, contacting them several times to change rooms/ packages, ask for help and information on things I later realized could have easily been found...
