Stayed for 2 nights on a travel zoo offer, hotel was better than I thought, the room was big, clean and had everything I needed, the bar is just amazing, sat by the lake all be it a little chilli but so relaxing.

Mercury only took the place over in June, there are an awful lot of changes in need of urgent attention. There is a great shortage of well trained staff, a lack of equipment in rooms, very slow service in restaurant. Bedrooms on the ground floor...More

We brought a deal on the inyernet foe a short getaway before going back to work, didn't know what to expect really, but we had a fantastic time, the hotel and grounds are beautiful and our room was perfect.
