Detailed Reviews
Steve and Amy are great hosts. I arrived late in the evening and Stevve came out to the car park to greet me and help me with my bags to my room. I was given more than I paid for with an upgrade to a larger family room with a spacious en suite.
The other guests at breakfast were friendly regulars, the place had a comfortable feel about it. The breakfast timing was 8:15 - 9:00 which is quite limited but understandable with the number of rooms to cater for. Everything about the service was bespoke though, I don't think any 2 people gave the same order with Porridge or beans on toast to full English coming out of the kitchen freshly made in good time. As much tea, coffee and toast as you could possibly need too! Situated very close to the shops bars and beach it was great to park up and just walk a few steps to everything and I imagine that in the summer the free parking is a godsend in this little village.
It was greaat to be able to give a good review as I am a harsh critic and sometimes I think that too many bad reviews devalues your opinion. But here credit goes where credit is due.

What a great find this lovely b & b was. Steve & Amy make you feel so welcome & nothing is too much trouble. It's right near to the beach , harbour & shops. Restaurants & pubs literally 2 minutes 2 walk away. It's so clean & comfortable with a small car park which was a bonus. We will definitely go back there & certainly recommend to our friends & family. The breakfasts are really good & freshly cooked & filled us up for a good 6 to 7 hours. Thanks Steve & Amy for a really enjoyable & memorable stay.

We came here as a couple with a 5 month old, we booked the family room and it was amazing. The family couldn’t of been any better, they truly would go out of their way to make sure we all were comfortable, had everything we needed and welcomed. The fact they included breakfast in the morning in with the price was so value for money! The room was very clean and great for us 3, we heard no noise at all considering the house was full and the town was busy. We couldn’t recommend this place enough, the family were truly amazing with us! The only bad thing was we didn’t stay long enough, but we’ll definitely be coming back! If you need a great place to stay right in saundersfoot town then this is your place!

Five of us have spent a week staying at Harbourlights with Amy and Stephen. Centred Around a sea fishing trip. Car parking is on site in a private car park.
All our rooms were spotless. The breakfasts freshly prepared and delicious.
Amy even catered for us with breakfast at 06:30am before we went fishing.
Nothing was too much trouble and all done in compliance with Covid-19 rules.
I would recommend Harbourlights to anyone going to Saundersfoot.

We found the location perfect as it is very close to the beach, bars and shops. Only about a 2 minute walk.
The owners were very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was lovely and great service. The rooms were light, spacious and clean.
Would definitely return and would recommend 🙂

Stayed here last Saturday night. It’s perfect! Able to park on-site and we were greeted by the owner and shown to our room. Room was tidy and well equipped. Close to everything - shops, beach, pubs etc. lovely breakfast too!! Would certainly stay again.

We stayed for one night at the Harbourlight. Lovely room in a perfect location with very friendly and helpful owners. Great breakfast in the morning and everything done to make sure that the premises is Covid secure. The first time we’ve visited but will definitely return.

So, it's kind of difficult to start this review. I will break down into sections:
Location - perfect. Adequate parking, superb town centre location and within walking distance of everything.
Check in - brilliant. We were able to check in early, and the owners were so welcoming, I felt like I was staying with a friend.
Room - we stayed in room one which was big, but had a really small en suite. There was a double bed and a single. The room was fairly 'dated' in its décor and not overly clean. Previous comments about the cleanliness all ran true, with the underside of the toilet seat being mouldy, the toilet brush in an unpleasant state and the shower head was particularly unclean. I feel really bad saying this, as I'm guessing that the owners clean themselves and probably struggle to to find the time.
Food - breakfast was lovely, plentiful and fresh. I genuinely couldn't fault it. Again, the owners were outstanding and so welcoming and accommodating.
Overall - I'm sorry to say, that I wouldn't stay again. This is based on the cleanliness and dated room. That said, the price (£55 a night) was brilliant, but poor value overall solely because of the quality of the room.

Stayed as a group of 6 couples for a 60th birthday weekend celebration 16/17 November 2012. Had a really warm and friendly reception from owners Steve and Amy and were shown personally to our rooms. My wife and I had a family room although there were only the two of us and it was very comfortable with a partial sea view and view over the rooftops of the village. We had advice about local restaurants and were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent with nothing too much trouble. Excellent value for money in a great location yards from the village centre, beach and harbour. Many thanks to Steve and Amy.

Morning.
Standard check in is between 2 and 6 but where we can we try to be accommodating. What time were you thinking.
