Really disappointed with Llechwen Hall. We were served our dinner which was lovely, but then no one came back to our table all evening, didn't serve us more drinks or to even offer desert! We was ignored by the waiters and left hanging around for ages!

I have been looking forward to staying at this hotel for some time and only decided to book when the hotel we usually stay in was full. Our initial impression on seeing it from the outside was very favourable. It is quite a romantic setting with lovely views, which is why the venue is well suited to the weddings they... More

Great room. Helpful staff. Good food. Unfortunatley we booked this for a quiet night, there was a wedding at the hotel. The language was unacceptable and they finally went back to the marque. The music then went on until 1 am . This is not acceptable for a hotel guest Shame

I absolutely loved the venue as soon as I set my eyes on it; Alyssa the wedding co-ordinator was very friendly and became a huge part of my Wedding arrangements. She was fantastic always making sure me and my husband were up to date with our plans not forgetting booking the registrar. Alyssa was always a phone call or email... More

Very comfortable stay with a pleasant room overlooking the garden. Nice en-suite with full size bath and shower. Beautiful countryside and views and ideally situated for Pontypridd and Univ of South Wales. Easy to find and well signposted. The hotel is a popular wedding venue with a large marquee.

A group of 4 of us stayed fro 2 nights for the first 2 days of the Ashes Test in Cardiff. The hotel was a pleasure to stay in, and great value for money. The location is remote, but that guarantees a good nights sleep. I would highly recommend it to anyone, as it is only 40 mins by train... More

Spent one night here before a meeting. Easy to find but quite a way from the main road. Lovely old house which obviously caters for weddings. Room was comfortable with TV, Press, Hairdrier and en suite. Cannot comment on the food as I ate elsewhere. Due to location would not be my first choice

Wonderful rural location but easy to get to from M4 and other main roads. Hotel seemed to be significantly understaffed i.e. one person serving at bar whilst also manning reception and there were long waits for attention in the restaurant. Our room was not cleaned or serviced after the first night - we went out at 11.30am and left the... More
