Lovely hotel and very clean, room was ok and bed nice and comfy. Breakfast was good and plentiful and the staff very attentive, the downside was the lack of information as there was a leisure centre with pool at the hotel that we knew nothing about, so we could of made more of our stay.

The hotel throughout is really clean, rooms have tea & coffee facilities, bottled water on arrival, a nice touch. We didn't try the evening meal as we were so busy, however we did have the breakfast which was continental and( full Scottish) it was quite delicious , as there were not many in for breakfast, the hot was cooked to...

This converted 19th century school offers a wonderful setting for the stopping traveler. If you are after character its got loads. The decor is also however still old-school - not sure if that was intended or it just happened to have stayed that way. Having said so, a comfy bed and a good breakfast in the morning welcomes you.

Room was very comfy, the meal was delicious and breakfast was just what was needed 😀 Staff were brilliant, but would have liked the meal to have been a bit earlier. Overall great value for money and enjoyed my stay, and would come back and stay again. 🎄🎅🏻😀

Great location. Excellent food. Friendly and professional staff. Would return and recommend to friends. old style school with interesting features including an observatory. Only drawback was a 3pm check in.

The hotel was spotless, the staff all so helpful and friendly. The heated indoor pool, steam room, sauna and hot tub were wonderful and included in the price. The full Scottish breakfast was fresh and hot as much as you wanted. If that was too much for you there was cereal, toast, croissants, cold meat, cheese and fruit. Our room...

The leisure pool temperature fluctuates a lot and never stays steady for long. Today it was far too cold. It would help if the temperature was publically displayed so one could decide whether or not to take the plunge
