Very convenient location, clean, comfortable rooms, very friendly couple running the place and providing a really excellent breakfast! We had single rooms, which were small but provided all we needed - tv and free wifi (not sure that all rooms can access the wifi from the room).

Average hotel but good value for money. Close to shops and all the local attractions. Friendly welcome free parking. The room was basic but very clean, nice big bath towels, good hospitality tray with tea, coffee and biscuits. The full English was very good, with cereals and fruit juice.

Excellent location for Lord St shops and seafront. Wetherspoons only 8 minute walk away! Room clean & tidy, comfortable bed and good shower. No hooks on back of door for outdoor wear. Would definitely use again.

This hotel is a family run concern and is very homely and welcoming. It is very clean and the breakfast is exceptionally good. Well placed between both the promenade and Lord Street. The owners are very helpful if you want some advice on local attractions. You get the front door key so you can come and go as you please....

The rooms are spacious and everywhere is clean as is the laundry and bedding. The breakfast is well presented and tasty. If you are looking for somewhere on a budget you can't go wrong with this hotel, it has all the basic amenities.
