Very nice staff on duty and the location was brilliant. Conferance centre and shops very close, hotel has seen better days and needs a stack load of cash to improve things. Just outside the main reception area was disgarded fast food wrappers boxes and drink holder . This was on the floor when I arrived and still there plus more...

We had a very pleasant stay here although there seems to be some confusion on the name, we stayed at the Albert & Victoria and booked through booking.com but nevertheless very good value, large clean room (6) facing the prom, crisp clean bedlinen, good shower little area with a sink, microwave, twin hob, fridge and kettle with tea etc. sitting...

I stayed here for a couple of nights , room was a pretty good size Breakfast not sampled, however, for the price is was clean and reasonable...with an ideal location for the promenade and the shops of Lord Street. Car park was full so I take it it was well occupied, could be picky about the boiler in the room...

I stayed at this hotel for one night last weekend as I was attending a course nearby. I had room 15, which was a single room. It was quite small, but as I was only staying one night I didn't need anything bigger. It was spotlessly clean, and excellent value for money.

Stayed in room 9 which was a single bed with ensuite bathroom and shower. Very compact and not a great deal of room but quite adequate as I was only sleeping in the room. Tea and coffee making facilities, television and free wi-fi. Full English breakfast included in the price. Room overlooked the promenade which was quite noisy if you...

Large bathroom bit be careful of the step up. Had Jacuzzi buttons in bath but not working. Was very noisy when a few drunken guests kicked off....walls are paper thin....

Stayed for one night on a great rate which we booked many months before. From the outside I thought cheap n cheerful but once inside the room it was totally opposite. Great thick new looking carpets. Crisp clean bed linen. Great pillows and great sized tv. Large bathroom with nice led lights. Small kitchen area and fridge tucked in a...
