lovely B&B run by such friendly people, constantly making sure every aspect of the stay is as comfortable as possible. Seldom met such lovely thoughtful people at the first contact. Sadly they're closing in a months time, so possibly not of much use to Tripadvisor readers, but just wanted to highlight how friendly they were. Needless to say the location was convenient, breakfast lovely, bed comfortable, view nice etc..

I stayed at the Rosedale, Southport in March this year, and have been meaning to place a review. I have visited Southport several times, and have stayed at various hotels, as it is usually a last minute decsion to visit, so normally take what ever I can get. The Rosedale, has been by far the most friendly and comfortable hotel my husband and I had stayed in. The owner was very friendly, and showed us up to our very spacious double room. The room was spotless and the decor looked very new. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, friendly comfortable stay. I have never been one for a full cooked, but decided to treat myself, the breakfast was a delight, especially the eggs cooked to order!

I have been visiting the hotel for more than 10 years on my travels in business. The friendly family run hotel has always welcomed me and treated me as one of their own. With access to the internet being important for catching up with business matters whilst relaxing watching TV in the lounge. Rooms are clean and comfortable with freeview TV.

Cannot disagree more with previous review - also visited in April. Had a peaceful time in clean room with excellent breakfast. We found the staff to be helpful and polite. There was good information about what was offer in the town. Especially helful to us with our son who has special needs. Will be back!
