Hi, Thank you for taking the time in writing this review following your 2 night stay. Delighted that you found the facilities, cleanliness and hospitality to your satisfaction. Areas of the hotel I agree are dated due to the fact that it is an old building (1800's) but hopefully outweighed by all the positives. We hope to see you again...

Me and my partner went with National Holidays on 13th February for 5 days. Our stay in the Albany was a good base, it had a good friendly atmosphere, comfortable bed and lovely food and a great service. We did not go down for the entertainment in the bar on an evening as we like seeing the sights but feedback...

Well there were 4 of us just going for the Saturday till Sunday,so just wanted something cheap and cheerful. The Albany is just a 5min walk from the town, unfortunately it doesn't have any parking 🅿, so we parked our car in the multi story car park in the long stay for a £1. Our room had two single beds...

It was good to return to the Albany for our third visit to this small family run hotel and to be greeted once again by Richard, Lisa and family. On arrival we were welcomed and our luggage along with other guests luggage of National Holidays was taken to our rooms (Make a note 5 Star hotels!). The hotel is very...

Just got back from my 4th visit to this hotel and its beyond me why it gets some negative reviews. The hotel is 2 star and the owners are not multi-millionaires and cannot afford the repairs that need to be done.Having said that it is a listed building and they would be limited to what they can do.All my previous reviews...

Ok I have read the previous reviews and some are unfair. This hotel is what it is old, just like Tenby. Very hard to maintain such an old building, but our stay was fab. Yes bedrooms could do with being updated, but hey they are warm and spotlessly clean, bathrooms basic but adequate. For the price excellent value. Hosts were...
