We have just returned from three great days staying here. What a fantastic all round base. We were made to feel at home straight away by perfect hosts. The owners understand the essentials and deliver them! Jeff helped with fob procedures for the carpark which was opposite being safe and well lit. Our room was spotless and comfortable with a great new shower all in quiet location to drift into a perfect nights sleep. Tea making facilities with treats and fridge with milk were appreciated.
Lisa and Jeff take a real pride in their B&B including cooking a gorgeous ample home cooked Full English breakfast with tasty black pudding.
Location is only a few effortless minutes walk to the town and beach, and all near to a range of quirky cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops.
Would recommend this gem of a place to anyone. Will definitely go again! 👍🏼

Just got back from a two night stay and already booked to return! Tim and Shelley are the perfect hosts with the perfect blend of making you feel like family whilst attending to your every need .The rooms were very comfortable I slept like a log Rooms were also absolutely spotless with lovely touches such as complementary hot drinks / biscuits and toiletries. Parking directly across from the guesthouse and literally a 5 minute walk into Tenby high st and the beach . Breakfast was outstanding in fact the best I've had at any hotel/ guest house .I will be recommending the Glenthorne to anyone wanting to visit beautiful Tenby!

The Hosts (Lisa & Jeff) are brilliant. They made us feel at home.
We'd booked a 2 night weekend stay last minute and loved the location, 5 minute walk into the main town, they also had parking avaliable opposite the guest house so very handy.
Room (No5) overlooked the rear garden and, therefore, not a main road, nice & quiet, and had everything needed for your stay.
Fresh milk in a little tabletop fridge, and a bottle of water for the kettle (just pop down when empty & it's refilled) usual tea bags, coffee, etc.
Breakfast options were very good, too, all locally sourced đź‘Ťđź‘Ť
I absolutely recommend staying here & we will do so again thanks to Lisa & Jeff

Jeff and Lisa are the best hosts you could wish for, friendly, welcoming and attentive.
This is the third time I’ve stayed with them.
The location of their B&B is absolutely perfect, a stone throw away from the seafront and everything you need or wish to see in the picturesque harbour town of Tenby.
They have secure parking with your own key fob for the barrier easy to operate.
The rooms were immaculate and have everything needed for our stay. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits was in our room, extra milk was no bother too.
The bed was spotless and really comfortable.
Best of all is the breakfast, cooked to perfection and the locally sourced black pudding is delicious.
All in all we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Just returned from 5 nights at the Glenthorne. I cannot recommend it highly enough. We stayed in room 5 and it was absolutely fabulous. The rooms have tea and coffee making facilities with a mini fridge for proper milk rather than long life or powdered!! Makes all the difference if you're a tea drinker! Everywhere is spotless and breakfast was amazing. Lisa and Jeff are the perfect hosts who go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. A 2 minute walk into Tenby town and with parking it makes the Glenthorne the perfect location to stay. I would go back in a heartbeat if we were ever to go back to Tenby. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Lisa and Jeff for a fabulous stay.

Perfect b&b. The owners Lisa and Jeff couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel extremely welcome. The room we had was absolutely immaculate and spacious. The breakfast was really nice and had lots of different options for hot/cold meals and also for people who are vegetarian etc. The location is a great being a couple of minutes away from the town centre and beach and the b&b also offers a free car park with a designated car park spot. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay down here. Thank you 🙂

First time in a long time we have stayed at a guesthouse and i must say this exceeded our expectation, Lisa and Jeff were fantastic from the time we first made the booking to the time we left.
The room we had ( room 7) was spotless and really comfortable with great facilities. The breakfast was well presented and well cooked with good choices. The location was excellent with just a short stroll ( 2 mins)to get into town into the town. Overall Glenthorne ( Jeff and Lisa) made it a perfect relaxing short break for us, would highly recommend it and we will be back.

Great weekend stay, Lisa & Jeff run a very great guest house, nothing was to much trouble. We were met at the car park by Jeff, who carried our case to the house. We were introduced to Lisa for a little catch up. Rooms were very modern, clean, warm and welcoming. Modern bathroom, tea and coffee is provided as well as a small fridge with a container of milk. Also a welcoming pack of biscuits.
The is a wide variety of breakfast choices, the Full Welsh breakfast and the Eggs Benedict were fantastic. I would highly recommend the Glenthorne Guest House. We will definitely return. Thank you both for a lovely stay

We booked here based on Trip Advisor reviews (fortunately) well ahead and we’re glad we did. This is a perfect example of a seaside guesthouse. Our room was exceptionally clean, spacious and very tastefully decorated with good broadband connection, quality toiletries and even some Welsh cakes, chocolate chip cookies, and bottles of wine and water on arrival.

We deliberately chose somewhere within easy walking distance of the town and it was the right decision. Tenby centre is pedestrianised in the summer and parking is at a premium, so having the guesthouse parking almost immediately opposite the building was perfect.

Breakfasts are absolutely top quality with excellent ingredients, perfectly cooked and with a wide range of options in terms of cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruit as well as the usual cooked elements and as good as some we’ve had in high-end hotels.

Finally - Lisa and Jeff. This couple were absolutely born to do this job! Friendly, helpful and attentive without being overbearing, and a great source of local knowledge. They have very high standards and that’s certainly reflected in the way they run the business. Thanks for a great stay.

Highly recommended.

The glenthrone guesthouse is the perfect stay in tenby, Jeff and his wife are the perfect hosts, they couldn't do any more to help you. Beds are so comfy, rooms where immaculately clean and perfectly presented, the choice in breakfast was mouthwatering and so tasty. I had something different each morning with my 3 day stay, and I looked forward to breakfast time each morning. The house was a brisk 5 minute walk in to town which is so convenient and handy. With secure barrier protected parking is always a brucy bonus. I would most definitely choose the Glenthrone guest house again. Thank you perfect with everything.
