When we arrived the lovely, friendly owner advised that there had been a problem with our room, my face instantly dropped and I thought, here we go. "Sorry" she said "you've been upgraded for free to a superior room with seaview" I can not begin to tell you how perfect room number 3 was, huge bay windows over looking South beach, views of caldey Island, and just the place to soak up just how stunning Tenby really is. The room had perfect decor matching the age of the property, with its huge high ceilings and original ceiling features, and more importantly it was absolutely spotless. The sheets and bedding crisp white, the corner bath and shower gleaming and the little touches like the complimentary vanity kit and shower gel etc just finished it off. Breakfast due to covid Rules was a hamper of goodies served to our room, wow, toast, cheese and Ham bagels, fruit compote, warm pastries and orange juice, we loved this.
Parking as every where in Tenby is a bit of a Mare but we parked in the Seven Arches car park just behind the hotel, £9 for 24hrs which is the cheapest we could find and compared to the £28 I paid for 24hrsin Cardiff a few weeks ago not a bad price at all. I'm so glad we found this gem and we will be back, and so will all our friends and family who we've been Raving to about it since we've come home. Chain hotels? What chain hotels?? Small, local and friendly now on for us

We chose the Panorama to stay in, and were glad we did. As many other reviewers have said, owners Scott and Debbie go out of their way to look after their guests.
Parking (though free) is difficult to find on the esplanade, and on arrival, we discovered that Scott had thoughtfully parked his car in a space just outside the hotel which he vacated in order to let us take it; an incredibly thoughtful gesture, as the car parks are some 5-minute walk away which would have been a bore with luggage.
Ours was a very comfortable room with a huge bay window overlooking the esplanade and south beach, and I spent several hours just looking out over the ever-changing bay, watching people exercise their children and dogs. Very therapeutic!
The room was spotlessly clean, and warm, the bed comfortable, and the curtains effective. But It's the attention to the little details which made the Panorama such a pleasant place to stay. Instead of the "regulation" two little sugar packets and milk cartons, there were about ten of each. Enough to have more than one cup of tea or coffee without having to feel a nuisance in asking for replenishments! And the very good breakfast hamper(possibly now a thing of the past) containing cheese & ham toasties, croissants, various toasts and and pastries contained not TWO little packets of butter, but about six. In other words, enough.
The Panorama would be our first choice for a return trip to Tenby. And out thanks to Debbie and Scott.
The room is very tastefully decorated, the weather was horrible outside very wet and cold, but inside it was lovely and warm.
Every essential you could think of was there including a sewing kit.
The hotels sighting is perfect with panoramic views of the beach and across to Caldy island, it is just a short walk into the town and all the amenities , parking was close by and the cost was reasonable £14:00 for 72 hours.
Breakfast was served in your room due to covid ,but this again was excellent with home made produce both hot and cold and served in a hamper by a pretty young lady at a time of your convenience nothing seemed to much trouble for Debbie and her team.
A good tip would be to try and book in advance for eating out as it gets very busy .
.
Would definitely recommend
At the time of staying, breakfast was provided as a hamper which was brought to the room each morning. We had a selection of pastries, toast, yoghurt and a hot wrap/ muffin. Again currently the rooms aren’t cleaned each day, which didn’t bother us. Each morning we were asked if we needed anything for the room, tea & coffee etc.
We would definitely stay here again should we be able to make a booking as it seems very popular, with only 8 or so rooms.

Very filling and full of taste.
Our accommodation was comfortable the decor very sparkly but in need of a refresh the bathroom was functional slight issue with the shower as it cut out on the second person using it.
We were met by our host Debbie it is family run and given its location i would recommend it for a short break in beautiful Tenby.
Please be aware few hotels and B&Bs have parking there is plenty of public car parks dotted around dont be tempted to park on street as the wardens are out and about we saw lots of tickets issued.
Once parked dont use the car unless you really need to as you may be driving around to find a space again, im not sure if you have bought a weekly ticket for one car park if its valud in another?
Breakfast at the Panorama was perfectly cooked and delivered to us in a hamper. To sit and eat breakfast in our room overlooking the stormy sea(thanks to storm Eunice) was a welcome change to what other hotels provide. It set us up for the day, with us not needing lunch. We around the corner at Billycan in the evening which was awesome.
Thank you Debbie, we’ll definitely return.

Parking is just around the corner (approx 70 meters), at a privately run facility, if you get your timing right it’s possible to purchase a 24 hour parking for just £9.00.
Special thanks to Debbie, the owner, for her patience and flexibility as she kindly accommodated some very late specific requests we asked for ahead of our arrival.

The breakfast hamper was delightful, a range of breakfast goodies, toast, bagel, bacon roll or ham & cheese wrap/muffin, croissants, Danish pastries, yoghurt with granola & berries & orange juice. What more could you ask for.....We had Room 3....WOW what a view!! Listening to the sea overnight was so calming. The room is very spacious & a bit of glamor to the decor. The bathroom is large with a wonderful corner bath, ideal for soaking after a day's walking.
10/10 We would definitely come back!
Thank you Debbie!! 😊
