The Dunes Tenby is celebrated for its exceptional value, offering travelers superb views and outstanding service, though some amenities may come at an additional cost. The modern, pristine rooms, often with balconies overlooking a picturesque golf course, earn rave reviews for their cleanliness and amenities. Guests are delighted by the hotel's location, conveniently close to the beach and town, yet serene, with plenty of free parking. While the atmosphere is generally praised, especially for its scenic views and comfortable furnishings, a few guests suggest enhancing the dining experience to match the otherwise high standards.

Friendly welcome. Had a modern room on the 1st floor with ensuite, which was faultless. In the room was a kettle and coffee machine and smart tv. There is no lift to the 1st floor but there are also rooms on the ground floor. Our room was clean, warm, quiet and had an extra large bed as request which was very comfortable. A short level walk from Tenby south beach. 10-15min walk to the town centre which has a steep short climb from the hotel to the town. A delicious full welsh was breakfast included with many other options. Fresh milk was delivered to the room 5 minutes upon arrival for tea and coffee making. Would recommend.

Wow !
Really don't know where to start, Absolutely stunning place to stay .
We were warmly greeted by Sue ,the Hotel Receptionist who gave us a mini tour of the hotel , which was wonderful, Sue filled us in on the fantastic refurbishment and extension to the existing Golf club, and we were very impressed .
There's Ample parking at the front of the hotel and is a short walk through the dunes to the beautiful town of Tenby.
Beautifully decorated throughout , very modern, we stayed in a balcony room overlooking the golf course , and it was stunning.Dinner in The Links restaurant on the evening was exceptional , and service from the staff was attentive, a special mention to Ethan , what a delightful young man.
Beautifully presented and was delicious.
I can't wait to come back and stay here again .

What a beautiful Hotel !
We were greeted by the lovely Sue Marriott on arrival who escorted us to our room overlooking the golf course. Sue informed us of meal times and run us through the use of the room facilities, coffee machine, etc, ensuring we had fresh milk brought to our room within 10 mins ! Room was immaculate, breakfast was the best we have had, and the bed, pillows and cotton bedding just sooo relaxing! We will be back, great place for couples within walking distance of Tenby center. My partner plays golf, he will be telling his golfing friends about this find and be returning for a round of golf. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

The food and the staff were first class. Delicious breakfast and fabulous evening meal. However, our room was not so good. It was booked as a De-Luxe room. The definition of de-luxe is luxurious or sumptuous. There was nothing luxurious about our room. Nice little touches with the Welsh blanket fabric lampshades and cushions, but apart from that it was pretty much just a functional, easy to clean room, with a hanging rail, shelves, writing desk with chair, one comfortable chair, coffee maker, kettle etc, and a bed. The view, for us, was looking out over flat roofs of the buildings below, and in our particular room, the delivery entrance where beer barrels and gas bottles were stored. Added to this were three large extractor fans with the accompanying noise. The room was very warm, with no air conditioning, so we had no choice but to have the window open,; not ideal when there are three extractor fans directly below. I did address it at the time, but was just told there were no other rooms available. We were under the impression that all rooms came with a lovely view and that there was only one type of room (that is all that was shown on the website when we booked). I’m assuming now that the balcony rooms were booked up, so taken off the website. It would have helped us to decide whether or not to book had we been aware of this. We did manage to catch a glimpse of the balcony rooms, which were pretty much the same decor, with the bonus of a large balcony with lovely views across the golf course. The evening meal was fantastic, but it would have been nice to have had the tables laid with a cloth and a real candle, in order to complement the excellent food and make the dining room a little more special for the evening.

I treated my partner to a weekend trip away and The Dunes accommodation did not disappoint. We stayed in one of the balcony rooms overlooking the 1st and 18th hole and the scenery is stunning. Very spacious and comfortable room. We were made very welcome by every one of the staff and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival Sue on reception was so lovely and professional and even gave us a tour of the club house facilities then showed us to our room. On this visit we didn't dine in but did have drinks in the 19th hole and morning bacon rolls and coffee which was really nice. I will mention that the breakfast and food there is really lovely too.
I did play golf here in December 2023 and the course was playing really well considering the really bad weather. Great new Pro shop and changing rooms.
Tenby town centre is only a very short stroll away or reception will book a taxi for you, excellent service.
Overall we definitely recommend the New Dunes accommodation and Tenby golf club and will be returning there.

We arrived at Dunes on Sunday for just one evening.
All I can say is that we had a superb stay.
We were welcomed by Sue on reception, she was just a joy to meet.
Her professional manner also her friendly and cheerful personality was just amazing. I cannot rate her more highly if I tried.
The room was of a very high standard. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable. The room was warm fresh and bright we had a lovely view of the golf course. The coffee facilities were just perfect served with fresh milk. I cannot praise the Dunes enough.
The Restaurant food was absolutely amazing. We had a Sunday lunch which was perfect. The chef obviously knows exactly what he is doing. The products served were of a very high standard.
Curtis served us drinks he was happy and cheerful.
Breakfast was incredible I can honestly say one of the best I have ever been served, we travel a lot and this breakfast was probably better than most 4/5 star hotels we have stayed in.
We will return very soon. Just like to thank everyone one that we encountered.
Please keep up the great work. Our stay was very memorable for all the right reasons.
Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dunes Tenby Golf Club. The picturesque views from the room's balcony overlooking the golf course were truly beautiful, complemented by an unexpected touch of January sun that allowed for delightful walks around Tenby, Manorbier, and Bosherton.

The Sunday dinner at their restaurant was a highlight, truly stunning, and the service was exceptional. A special mention to Sue at the front desk, who, when we encountered a booking mistake, swiftly and efficiently corrected it, handling the situation with grace and warmth. Sue's extreme helpfulness added to the overall positive experience during our stay! Thanks so much Sue 😊 and the Dunes for having us. 🙏🫶
