Stayed in room #4, opposite the 5 arches. Quiet thanks to secondary glazing. Bathroom was partially refurbished bur shower needed some attention, low flow and showing signs of mould. Bed comfortable and heavy curtains cut out street lights. Breakfasts were excellent with good choice of cooked items. Enquired about evening meals but was told that they were no longer available...

The hotel was very good rooms were nice and clean, the breakfasts were great afternoon teas in the 40s tea rooms were very good The downside was that there was no lounge open after 4 30pm. No bar open at all, and nowhere to sit before bedtime. The car park was very handy £7 for 24hrs or there was the multi...

Beautiful fresh sandwiches but the service left a lot to be desired. The menu was just a sheet of yellow dog eared paper. The tea room was full, on a day when Tenby was packed with rugby supporters, yet there was just one waiter serving. We waited ages before even being given a menu and then waited almost half an...

Travelling with a person of reduced mobility and the staff bent over backwards to help us. The restaurant is on the lower floor for breakfasts but staff allowed us to use the public tea room (same level as my elderly relatives room) before it opened. The Afternoon teas in the themed tearoom are very good value for money. The room...

Stayed here in the 'Family Room' for 2 nights with my daughter and 2 grandchildren. Advertised as a 'Family Room' but it is more than that.. A 'Family Suite' would be a more accurate description. It consisted of a double room and a separate bedroom with bunk beds in. The bathroom was large with a bath and a separate shower...

Stayed here in July with my Cousin. After finding our way in, there was a separate door for the restaurant, we were given a friendly welcome at reception. The hotel was very clean and tidy as we walked up to the top floor to our room (room 7). Whilst our room was quite small, it was very neat, contained tea and...
