Had dinner here with two family members who were staying for the weekend All the staff were very welcoming log fires were keeping everywhere cosy. The food was superb and was served by staff who all seemed very happy and relaxed. Lovely atmosphere and truly look forward to a return soon. The bedroom that my visitors stayed in was warm spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and great bathroom They couldn’t find any faults Overall great value for money all round as well

Absolutely amazing place to stay. We had a coach house room and it was thoroughly clean, warm and cosy. We ate every night in the restaurant and the meals were truly delicious and never disappointed the fillet steak was cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly, professional and couldn’t do enough for you.

Visited here a few times whilst staying nearby. The Spa treatments (5*) are excellent and great value for money, can only praise Isabella for fitting a few of us in for 60 min treatments one after another. We visited for dinner and breakfast on separate days. Dinner (4*) was nice, little more on the pricey side and was disappointed with the 1 option & size of the vegan main compared to the non-vegan mains. Starters were good. Breakfast (3*) was nice but expensive for what it was (no vegan option on menu but they did let me swap eggs for mushrooms on the avocado on toast). Service was good.

We stayed here recently as a group of four occupying two rooms. The facilities of the main hotel are great, the restaurant is quite relaxed with a nice mix of casual and semi-formal dining. The bar area and lounges are also a fantastic place to retire to at the end of the evening. Finally, it was sunny when we stayed, and the outdoor area was a great place to enjoy some drinks why enjoying the sunshine. All of this makes this hotel one of the best in the area. However, we had some interesting minor issues. The first was that the rooms have no milk, you have to take a small metal jug to the bar to collect milk each day. Bearing in mind there is no mini bar, tea & coffee is really all that is available (other than token gesture of a small bottle of water). They claimed this was for COVID compliance but no one could explain how this worked (because it doesn't). Also, there are no individual toiletries, instead there are mounted squirty bottles by the sink and in the shower (not dissimilar to a Travelodge). The rooms however are nicely appointed other than these aspects. Our fun ended on the last morning when one of the waiting staff accidently dropped a bowl onto our table sending coffee and ketchup everywhere. They offered to clean the garments they soiled, but we were literally checking out in an hour so this wasn't practical. That is where the offers ended with no reduction in the bill to cover cleaning or anything else on offer. On the whole, we had a great time and we would stay again at this hotel. But there are some niggles that definitely need ironing out by the management.

We stayed here for three nights. The Manor is primarily for golfers being directly adjacent to the golf course. Our room was situated in the converted outbuilding on the upper floor. It was very comfortable and warm. The water pressure was a little low at times in the shower and it would have been helpful to have had some additional shelves for toiletries etc. As the door to the room opens directly outside It would also have been useful to have had a couple of hooks for wet coats just inside the door and a tray for muddy shoes. We noticed the head/foot board on the bed had a few stains on it. We had dinner in the restaurant twice and the offering of fresh locally caught fish was excellent. There were also additional specials and traditional items on the menu too. The food was very good and during our whole stay all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay.

My wife and I went here for lunch and were most impressed. We had a warm welcome from the team the side room we ate in was great with a log fire burning brightly. We had the olives and toasted bread to start with an olive oil/ balsamic dip, delightful. We then had the hake, one with boiled potatoes and the other with chunky chips, absolutely delicious. Another visit soon is a definite.

Stayed here with my 9yr old son for the night, as the reviews sounded great. Had breakfast included. Bitterly disappointed for the £140 it cost to stay here. Absolutely not the standard I would have expected for this price with these highly rated reviews. Positive points …. Nice staff especially Caroline on reception, lovely view from our room and a comfy bed. A short list of positives. Negatives ….. Very mouldy shower, not great as my son has asthma. A large wet area on the carpet right outside the bathroom door making it difficult to avoid walking on and so had damp socks/feet. Ended up having to put a towel down. Bathroom light not working above the sink. Awful rowdy crowd of men (20) outside our room with colourful language. We ended up choosing to go and eat dinner somewhere else to get away from the noise. Thankfully they had gone by the time we returned. As a coeliac disease person, gluten free breakfast was terrible, despite emailing ahead and being reassured this would be catered for. Both our breakfast orders were wrong, and as there were no GF alternatives to the sausage, hash brown, black pudding, I ended up having to re-order a different breakfast. This then took another 20mins, by which my son had finished his. The GF bread/toast was cold and like cardboard. Unfortunately not worth the money and will not be returning.

They rang to reassure us about our room when we were running late and gave us a friendly welcome even though it was almost midnight when we arrived. Lots of free parking. A large, nicely furnished room with a huge en-suite with both a bath and a separate shower.. Very comfortable king-size bed and pillows, and we heard not a sound heard during the night. We were well rested. Good quality toiletries and luxurious towels. The shower temperature was easy to control and very powerful. Great location - in its own extensive grounds and very handy to explore Tenby and South Wales. Friendly staff at breakfast and reception on leaving.

This hotel has worked hard to put in place a friendly and helpful service given the covid constraints. The welcome was vey warm and genuine, the guidance on the requirements for personal protection was clear.
The room itself was wonderfully spacious comfortable and well presented and offered what few hotels do a vanity table under a mirror to facilitate making up I was informed. The bathroom was modern with separate shower and bath, both of a really good size.
The surroundings to the hotel, a golf course, are very beautiful and the manor sits within it very well. Its proximity to Tenby and Pembroke peninsular make it an ideal base for touring.
Sadly the restaurant menu was curtailed by the covid restrictions, but in saying this the choice was fine and the quality and presentation were excellent. Breakfast was really good quality with the finest quality bacon and sausages i've tasted in a long time.
I think all round this venue probably stands up very well to being one of the better hotels and restaurants in the area, and would be a first pick if we returned to the area.
Even though the staff all wore masks there was no hiding the warmth and smiles and desire to make you feel most welcome.
