Lunch with friends in the bright, airy terrace restaurant. The food was excellent value, beautifully cooked, and lots of it. Although we spent three hours there, the service was good, and we didn't feel as though we were kept waiting. The views from the windows were lovely. The only down point was the noise of the coffee machine. It was... More

I booked a weekend away for myself and my partner for our 10 year anniversary we arrived on the 28 Oct the manor itself and the grounds are breathtaking, however when we entered our room it was nothing like the ones shown on the website they are much smaller and to top it off when I booked the break some... Stayed here for for one night with my partner whilst visiting Tenby. Well, what can I say! This hotel exceeded our expectations! The price tag for one night was fairly hefty so we were a little dubious about what to expect but we were quite frankly, blown away! We stayed in one of the luxury double rooms in the Coach... More

We came back to Pembrokeshire after 20 years as we had great holidays with our children. Amazing again and this hotel is really excellent. The staff here are absolutely fantastic, Chris, front of house has an amazing career in front of him if he can sustain his enthusiasm ...he really is a delightful person...but so were all the staff. The... More

My husband booked a 2 night stay for us at trefloyne manor for my birthday. I was a little dubious when I realised it was positioned on the golf course however when I saw my room, that soon disappeared! We stayed in room 6, it blew my mind! The room has 2 floors. The bed is positioned on a mezzanine... More

We stayed in Coach House 1 (bigger) & 3 (no bath just a shower) and both were beautiful - tasteful decor and original Oak beams. Spacious with lovely bathrooms - view over golf course and hills from the bath was wonderful (had to duck when people emerged on the terrace though :) - or I could have closed the shutter... More

Staff were very helpful and accommodating, it was our anniversary and the coach house room was perfect, I'm very fussy about hotels and the bedroom and this exceeded my expectations. Tenby 5 min drive a walk was too far for us, food very nice as well.

When we arrived we were shown to our room overlooking the golf course where we found one of the biggest bathrooms for the size of the room. the shower was powerful and had plenty of hot water what ever time of the day or evening. meals are served in the orangery which... We recently attended my step-daughter's wedding here and, despite horrendous weather, it was a perfect day. I had huge reservations about this venue as they appeared to be completely inflexible about so many aspects; not least of which was that the entire "hotel" had to be taken over for the weekend (wedding was Saturday, but we had to stay Friday... I booked a room through BOOKING.COM for Ironman weekend, then the Hotel phones the day before travel to say there's no rooms available for the date that I booked. No explanation just said that it was booking.com's fault I have emailed booking.com's CEO Mr Jeffrey H. Boyd for some sort of explination
