Room was lovely, large and nicely decorated. We had a balcony overlooking the lively high street. Enjoyed people watching but had to ask for chairs to put on the balcony. Not enough made of the balcony.
Two ready made coffees in disposable cups in the room. No other tea or coffee making facilities. No toiletries.
Carpeted halls leading to room smelt old and dirty.
Unfortunately despite the great room and location our stay in Tenby House was one which was shadowed by a feeling that the place wasn’t doing well and couldn’t be bothered to make the effort to change that. Even in Covid 19 there is no excuse for a lack of teas and coffees in a £90 room.
Tenby is pretty with lovely beaches but hasn’t got enough restaurants for the number of places to stay. We couldn’t find anywhere to book or turn up to on Sat night so ended up with a takeaway on the balcony.

Stayed at this Lindholme B&B this week. It is in a great location near beach and car park. It was spotlessly clean. The only downside which did spoil our stay was no cooked breakfast. We were told this before but we booked but thought it was because of the virus. But we found out it was because they were decorating the kitchen. All the other B&B were doing cooked breakfast. For the full time we were there we didn’t see a soul. We had a little white basket with a roll and yogurt and fruit and biscuits left outside our door at 8.30 every morning. I couldn’t eat it after first morning. We had to go and buy a breakfast every day. We then had to leave basket outside for collection. As I said we saw no one for the full time we were there. We could have done this at home. I’m sure it would be better at other times. But we were very disappointed at this particular visit. That’s why 3 stars. Especially because it was normal everywhere else.

In the centre of town here means that at busy times (most summer days) the centre of Tenby is "pedestrianised "so that until early evening you cannot drive up to the hotel.
Checking in was at the very busy bar of this popular pub ( but no night noise). Very nice staff.

When asking what time was breakfast we were told there was none (blaming covid!!) despite the web site (Facebook) mentioning it. I felt cheated and overcharged.

The room was 3 floors up but nice and well appointed.

All this poor communication spoilt it.

We didn’t stay here but visited for drinks on a few occasions last week.
Would just like to say the staff were lovely.polite, nothing too much trouble and took the time to talk.
Every time someone left tables, benches and chairs were sanitised. Table service, staff wearing masks really organised. Best pub in Tenby.

We stayed for a couple of nights, on arrival there was a mix up with our room reservation, Lesley was quick to rectify this giving us a large room overlooking the beer garden with a small balcony with a table and two chairs, which we were so grateful of. We could sit out and enjoy our complimentary bottle of Prosecco, which was a nice touch. The room was very clean, a comfy huge bed, tastefully decorated. Plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits, crisps and bottle water. The en-suite was very clean well stocked with toiletries and towels.
The hotel is very well positioned in the heart of the town. The pub is busy & vibrant with plenty of seating and a welcoming atmosphere.
This was our first visit to Tenby and we were not disappointed, the beaches are outstanding and we took a boat trip to Caldey island where the beaches were stunning, crystal clear water.
We hope to visit next year and stay at Tenby house again.
Thank you Lesley for looking after us.

Lovely food, great service and huge portions ! Well recommended for families , dogs welcome, plenty of space. You can’t book like most places in Tenby but they had tables available for 6 people and a small dog. Pints were nice too. Reasonable priced

We have come to tenby for a few days with our 10 year old daughter and we ventured in here for a drink and food on a rainy and windy day.

I just had to leave a review as was so impressed with the friendly staff, and the food was absolutely amazing. Although I thought the prices were a bit on the expensive side, being in such a tourist place and in the heart of tenby town it was also expected. Once we had eaten the amazing food we didn't mind paying the money.

Would recommend this place very highly.

Have been coming here every year for years on our holiday to Tenby, but was disappointed to see the change this year.

No tables were available at 7.35 and staff tried hard to turn us away when we wanted to eat (food finishes at 8pm), very reluctant to allow us to wait to see if a table became available, but eventually allowed us to sit outside. Food was overpriced considering it was very average pub grub (£15/16 for ribs/burgers, £14 for a mushroom risotto.) We're in Tenby, not on the King's Road.

However, what annoyed me the most was the young, lecherous waiter ogling my 16 year-old daughter and openly flirting with her and asking for her number in front of me. It made her feel embarrassed and awkward as well as myself and my 10 year old son. It was the first evening of our holiday and a favourite place for us to go and I didn't want to tarnish the meal and spoil things by complaining, but looking back, I really wish I had as this behaviour was unprofessional, inappropriate and unacceptable. A favourite place to go no longer. I will not be returning.

The staff are amazing. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean. The food is amazing and really good value for money with a massive menu that should please all people.
Location is perfect as is right in the centre of town.
We really enjoy our stay which we have been looking forward to since lockdown.
10 out of 10 from us
