We have returned from a coach party but we were disgusted by the awful and humiliating bathroom. The toilet was inaccessible between a wall and a bath measuring about 15 inches, I complained to the manager who dismissed this. My wife could not get in and out of the bath because of our age, arthritis and no grab rails as...

The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was outstanding, we stayed in room 6 and the lift took us to a floor that was either a few steps up or a few steps down but that did not present a problem. The beach was only across the road and down a ramp.. We had a sea-view room and we enjoyed...

We have just returned from our 2nd trip to this hotel. I was concerned that my memories of last year would be spoiled but I was wrong. Yet again it was a first class stay. What makes it so memorable is the staff and food. We took our 3 year old Grandaughter who was beautifully catered for by the kitchen...

Room was overlooking the bay for which we paid extra for. Lovely view. The room was very clean and neat. Beds were comfortable. Small shower room was clean....

I went to this hotel as part of a coach party , something I have never done before, when we arrived we found that there was another coach party also staying there. I would not be honest if I said that I felt "apprehensive" , I was gobsmacked" The hotel has a fantastic location, the rooms were comfortable, spotlessly clean...

Four days of excellent food,, it could not be faulted " Thanks Berney for the apple pie, ice cream & cream". Superb bedroom overlooking the bay. Now for some observations meal times should be staggered, the noise in the dining room was horrendous, no mention on your webb page of the steady climb to the shopping area,

During mid June we had a six night stay at the hotel as our annual coaching holiday for our Parkinson's support group of around 40 people.Finding good accommodation at an affordable price for people with varied disability levels and their carers is a real challenge. But this year we really struck gold with the rating by all of the group being...
