The restaurant gets busy, especially during tourist season. Its best to book although we just turned up and requested a table for two and managed to get squeezed in. The menu has some very interesting dishes, including steaks, burgers and fish. The mixed seafood fish cake was incredibly filling and i had to leave some of the chips, !! My other half dived in for the 'special' half lobster, and proclaimed it was the best she had had. The service was excellent and swift. The wine list looked good but i opted for craft beer, which was nice. The prices were not overly expensive and very much in line with other similar restaurants in the area.

This restaurant came recommended to us by a friend who visited last year and also our hotel manager. We had to book as it is a very popular restaurant for tourists and locals. It is dog friendly too. We called in lunch time to book for the evening. The starter menu looked delicious, we don’t usually have starters but they looked so good we did. A tempura battered king prawn with chilli jam dish and a scallop with puréed peas, beetroot and crispy pancetta. Both delicious. For mains Gerald had a 10 oz rib-eye steak and I had fish and chips. Both dishes were delicious too. The steak melted in the mouth and the fish was so fresh and cooked in a tasty batter. A fabulous meal and well worth the recommendations.

We stayed here for one night and can’t really fault it. Rooms are modern and clean - bathrooms lovely. Full length mirror with its own light and plugs underneath made getting ready easy - simple things :D food down in the restaurant is great too. Note they don’t serve breakfast, but lots of good places to grab something nearby.

My family went for a meal here and we wished we hadn't. At first the welcome was ok, if lukewarm. We ordered meals for 6 people, the food was average and pricey. I went to the loo via a few flights of stairs. The toilet cubicle had no light and after negotiating that I squirted the soap provided on my hands and turned the tap but no water came out. Not good.
On the way down I saw a man that I thought may work here, I told him about the toilet, he said tell that bit*h downstairs. I didn't.
When the drinks arrived we noticed a lipstick mark on the rim of the glass, I called a surly looking woman over to get a replacement and pointed out the marked glass, all she said was 'that's ok, don't worry about it ' no apology.
We had 6 meals and needed more vinegar, the man came over and said we have some as he pointed to 3 sachets on the table, at our insistence he got some more. Not good.
I paid the bill and left, 3 of our party were still inside getting ready to leave, one of them a 86 year old man. The ' vinegar' man was staring at them and was heard saying to the surly woman 'have they paid' very uncomfortable. Not good
In summary, the food was average and very over priced, hygiene in the toilet was very poor. The staff were lukewarm and surly. It wasn't an enjoyable experience and it was disappointing. We would never eat here again.
Not good

Pros...good location in middle of town, lovely staff in bar/restaurant downstairs, huge room.

Minuses...£160 per night room only with NO breakfast facility at property, no view from room,
no parking, bathroom needed updating with loose tiles on floor. Wife said 4, for this price I'm saying 3.
I might stay again if it was cheaper but not sure if I would recommend it.

Wow what can I say!! So glad to have stumbled across this place!! From the moment we stepped in to the moment we left we were impressed throughout!! There are no words to describe the food at this place apart from beautiful, fresh and perfect!!! Plenty of variety on the menu but not too much to deviate from the freshness and effort put in to what’s available! The service was second to none, nothing was a bother and time and effort was really put in to achieving everything we requested. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone! The food is amazing, the service is professional, (especially from a lady called Bobbie!) also extra time has been put in to ensuring all concise guidelines are adhered to at a high standard. I have visited many establishments for dining and this is definitely top of the list for me!! A definite go to when visiting Tenby!! You won’t regret it!!

Stayed for a 3 night stay over the weekend and was not disappointed. We were 2 couples and stayed in the penthouse. It was beautiful, really spacious and well equipped. Really made our stay in Tenby extra special. Although the main bathroom has a showed I do think that the jacuzzi bathroom would benefit from an added shower, but this wouldn't stop us returning.

Well what can I say about this place! To start the staff were so welcoming and friendly to us on arrival. We stayed 2 nights and booked a super king room which was lovely and clean. We had food down in their restaurant that night. Which was gorgeous I had steak which I'm really fussy with and it was cooked perfectly to my liking and my partner throughly enjoyed his food. The next day due to an unforeseeable circumstance they upgraded us to the penthouse suite which was fantastic and gave us a bottle of bubbly which they didn't need to. 10 out of 10 I would definitely stay here again!

Booked here tonight (3/7/2023). Huge portions, full of flavour. Great service friendly staff. Great menu to choose from. Prices are on the high side, however the food is worth the cost.
Will definitely come again and will certainly recommend.
