We stayed here for two nights on the weekend, Lisa and sue (I think) are just fab really down to earth and chopsy just like us, Room was absolutely immaculate and had everything you could think of plus more including washing up liquid, tea towel ect room also had a fridge which is a bonus! We also had a view which was a great suprise as we hadn't paid extra for one Breakfast was an excellent choice delivered to your door with a "Good Morning breakfast and Happy Easter" along with a suprise Easter egg each and also a card with welsh cakes such a lovely thought! Nothing is too much for the ladies!! You will not be disappointed We will be back!! Thank you again 😁

Massive thanks to Lisa, what a wonderful place to stay. She made us feel right at home. We stayed in the family room with sea view over looking south beach, just spectacular! Wonderful breakfast with lots of choice. Immaculately clean and well presented. Super comfy bed. Lisa evan managed to provide a room at short notice for our son and his family to join us for a night. Lisa went above and beyond to accommodate any request. Will definitely be back soon.

Charming little guest house, exceptional hosts who can't do enough for you. Greeted by Lisa on my arrival who took me straight up to my room, provided with keys to the room and front door so you don't have to ring the bell each time and you're free to come and go as you please. Lovely chat and was given some directions and recommendations for places to see and some to avoid. Had a single room with a double bed, wardrobe with hangers there and en suite. WiFi password provided - not the best WiFi, but enough to get you connected to check messages/e-mails etc. Teas/coffees/kettle etc all provided. Hairdryer in the room, small flat screen TV up on the wall. Lisa advised that due to covid restrictions, they couldn't come in to clean the rooms each day, but if I needed absolutely anything like more tea, clean towels etc then just ask. It was fine for me only staying for 2x days, but if you were spending longer there I'm not sure how you'd get on without a room clean. Decent bathroom for a single room - cubicle shower was really good, temperature completely adjustable to what you want and loads of hot water. All lovely and clean. Lots of towels provided. The whole room was lovely and warm, there was a really good sized radiator that kept it nice and cosy. Breakfast is an absolute highlight of the whole stay at Ashby House - brilliant offerings. 6x cereals, multiple flavours and plain yoghurts, juices and milk. A massive selection of fresh fruits. 3x flavours of jams, honey and butter available. Breads and crumpets available for toasting as well as a packaged selction of pastries. Once you've got some continental, your hot order is taken and cooked fresh for you - full English items available, fully customisable. You couldn't have asked for more at breakfast if you'd tried. Location of the guest house is fab - right on the beach front for South Beach. Everything in Tenby is pretty much walkable anyway, but this is a good starting point. Car park right behind the hotel, cheap rates. I just popped 48 hours on my car since I wasn't going to be using it. Honestly a really lovely stay, wonderful service and a cosy room. Definitely made my first visit to Tenby in about 10 years a welcome one. Highly recommend this place, amazing value for money. Had lots of pictures to add to the review but file size won't allow larger than 5mb!
