We have just returned from a 5 night stay at this charming bed and breakfast. Service and breakfast were of an excellent standard and as ex b&b owners we know how much hard work and dedication is required day in and day out. We had everything in the room we could possibly have required including two comfy armchairs to relax...

Stayed at the sea breeze for three nights were made to feel very welcome. There were nice little touches in the rooms with a well stocked mini bar that was very reasonable priced. There was also gluten free crisp and biscuits in the room and gluten free bread and sausage at breakfast which is a real treat. Richard and Annette...

I was welcomed at the front by Richard who was very polite and showed me to my room. The room I stayed in was fine and spacious. The rooms have a mini bar in which is great and the shower worked well. The best thing about this B&B was a proper decent breakfast which was one of the best I've...

Arrived at hotel and greeted at the door by Richard. Showed us to our room which was of a high standard. Tea and coffee facilities were provided as well as a mini bar. Little extras were a bottle of water and mint imperials. As it was Easter week-end these were replaced with mini eggs. Very helpful with places to eat...

On our arrival we were greated by Richard at the door who was very welcoming. The room was spacious and very clean with tea and coffee making facilities. Not your normal UHT milk pots but fresh milk in the small fridge in the room. It is the small things that make the difference. Plenty of choice for breakfast and freshly...

Very friendly, clean and good location. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices, I would recommend the full English. We received great recommendations on local restaurants and enjoyed a nice drink and chat with the owners whilst we waited for the Taxi they organised for us. If you want a relaxed, clean, friendly place in a good spot then...

We only stayed here one night but found the owners very friendly, the room was clean and lots of nice extras. The TV was a bit pointless as it was so small, but other than that it was a good stay. Ilfracombe is much improved, the hirst effect seems to be working.
