Lovely site, where the wash block appeared to be cleaned regularly and kept to a nice standard. I was glad that we had booked a premium pitch as the smaller pitches were a bit close together for my liking. We had a picnic table and easy access to both water points and electrical hookup. The children's play area was ok,... More

Two errors made with our booking!!! When on site called reception (carol) about a biker amongst the trees near kids play area only to be told "yea, we've tried to stop him but can't!" SO WHAT ABOUT THE SAFTY OF YOUR CAMPERS AND THEIR FAMILIES??? Looking back on all feedback reception seems to be a recurring problem.

Incredible from the moment we arrived. Beautifully kept site. Welcoming and helpful staff. Stayed in Kingfisher Meadow. Lovely woodland ,stream running through site. Wash facilities like a high end hotel. Perfectly placed to explore the surrounding areas. All local beaches within a 10 minute drive. No rowdy groups or music blaring. Been camping/caravaning all over u.k. This place is right... More

We booked a holiday with this campsite earlier in the year but due to an accident and consequent numerous dental implant appts we unfortunately had to telephone and review our holiday dates twice. On the second occasion we were told by the lady owner that we would incur an admin fee for moving the dates even under our circumstances. When I politely... MY family were staying here and we visited them. The site was very clean and tidy and everything was in a good state of repair. Road down to the touring pitches is a bit uneven, so may need to watch out on that road. We had sunday lunch in their restaurant which was served quickly and was nice and hot.... More

This is the second year we have been to hidden valley, we have found it a great base to go off and see the attractions from. Very friendly family run camp site, kids can go off and play while being safe. Showers, washing up area, laundry all kept clean and tidy. We would go back again

Spent 12 nights at the superb clean and well family run Hidden Valley site. Stayed on a fully serviced pitch with woodland surroundings and stream back ground to pitch location. Toilets blocks in two locations, one serving mainly hard standings, and the other to the grassed caravan and tent pitches. Small shop on site which sells the basics, but don't... More
