This place is awful. We stayed here for a week. The toilet block is not cleaned every day, the toilet block for the caravans is in a bad state, the ladies being full of damp and mould, black mould spores all over the ceilings in the showers. Toilets being blocked and leaking. At the present time we stayed the large... More

Dear Rhiannon, Many thanks for taking the time to write a review. I’m so sorry to read that you didn’t enjoy your stay. I’m surprised that you thought the shower block wasn’t cleaned each day, I can assure you that it was certainly cleaned everyday during your stay, twice a day sometimes. Unfortunately, we have had some problems with the... More

Having travelled around the UK over the past few months to different locations I can honestly say it was the best but it wasn't the worst of locations, if I had known a little more perhaps I would of specified a certain location in the site. It by a long way wasn't the worst I have been to, but is... More

Booked two weeks in mid September, offered very attractive low season rate, booked online with request for pitch close to amenity block. On arrival we were greeted in a friendly and professional manner and escorted to our pitch as requested it was close to amenities. We found the staff were always friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately I have... More

Dear John, Many thanks for taking the time to write your review. I’m very sad to have read your comments, and can only apologise that your pitch was looking tired. The pitch you were on, and the rest of that row of pitches, has now been dug up and is being re-aligned making the pitches much bigger and more modern.... More

Just back from a fantastic 7 days at Hidden Valley. Upgraded to a fully serviced premium pitch, which was a lovely surprise. Beautiful site, hidden among trees and a little babbling brook running past our pitch. Staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Immaculate shower blocks and lovely hot showers. Well stocked shop. Lovely terraced... More

This is an amazing site, very clean excellent walks for our three dogs. We were in kingfisher meadow which was very well kept. We had a large pitch so it didn't feel like you were on top of each other. Very clean toilets and showers. Close to many of the lovely beaches of woolacombe and ilfracombe . The food at... More

Lovely, peaceful site tucked away. Our first time here but hopefully not our last. Well maintained site. Excellent staff, any queries dealt with immediately. Beautifully clean toilets and hot showers. Well sized pitches. Tv digital aerials. Bar staff friendly. Did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment but plenty of people were there for Sunday lunch. Beauty of the... More

Have been staying here with friends in our caravans. Booked large serviced pitches which were hard standing. What a pleasant change not having to refill and empty water carriers. A beautiful location set amongst trees and babbling brooks. Arrived in the pouring rain to be greeted by the owner at reception. Very nice and helpful with a lovely smiling face... More
